Is this brush 3-sided? ie: does it hit all 3 surfaces of the tooth (front/back/biting)?

The tooth brush is circular and is easily oriented to clean all tooth surfaces. If the dig bites down simply rotate to brush. Pulling straight out can damage round bristles. This size brush for small dogs under 15 pounds and holds gel type toothpaste well.
