Very easy and quick to use. You leave it on teeth for 30 seconds. I find it easier than the whitening strips. I also find that it whitens faster than the strips.

It is not easy to keep the treating teeth out from lip for 30 minutes.

The product works well enough...However, they give you 4 pens and so far only 2 have worked. The other one could not disburse the product. No great bargain. Would have continued to purchase if was receiving 4 pens that worked.

I am not kidding here. I bought the uv trays and used them for months. My teeth just kept getting more and more stained. I finally gave up, but looking in the mirror I could see they were pretty bad.
