I bought this watch because I am a nursing student and I needed a watch that was at least water resistant with a second hand. I love the colors of this watch, I love the backlight, and the thing I love most is that it has the option of having military time in the digital portion. The watch is a little bigger than I expected but that's my own fault because I didn't check the measurements before I ordered it. All in all, it's been a great watch so far!

First, this DOES DO MILITARY TIME. I was worried because reviews were saying it doesn't. The instructions it comes with are not clear or easy to follow though but you have to cycle through 24hours regular time before you get to the military time when changing the time. This watch is a lot smaller than other watches that do the same things but still too large for my taste. It wasn't comfortable when I tightened it down for my wrist but I do have very small wrists (see pictures). The "date" means that it only shows what DAY OF THE WEEK it is, not the actual date. I could also hear the ticking when I slept with my hand under my head but I think most watches that are analog make that noise.

The media could not be loaded.  Watch is big, like men's size. I don't have small hands either. Doesn't fit under sleeves to well. Buttons make it really easy to change time and date on accident. Watch band nub that sticks out gets caught on everything. (Can see in pics) I love the color, look and 24 hour clock. Light is very bright to see at night. Watch will work for now, but will end up getting my usual Ironman timex.

I received my watch from amazon today and Im very happy with the quality of my purchase. This watch was exactly as pictured and seems to be made sturdy. Im so excited to be using it. It is also very cute. Only problem i have is that is was already running when i received it and who knows how long it was running before then. But we will see. So far so good.

The instructions this wrist watch are vague and unhelpful. I tried setting the alarm, and am unable to. The only thing that saves this is the analog clock which means that yay the watch tells time, but nothing else. I am disappointed that I will have to buy another watch.It is pretty, and the light function is just okay, but overall I am unhappy. This was inexpensive so I won't ask for a refund. However this should either come with better instructions, or be marketed as a fashion watch.

I bought this for swimming and also so I could see the time at night if I wake early. It is a little bit busy on the face for me. Sometimes I can't see the time when illuminated because of all the other features during the night.

The diagram of the face of the watch pictured in the instruction manual seems to be a somewhat generic guide and does not match the model 1643 watch. The buttons on the instructions do work however, some of the functions on the instructions do not appear to be available on the actual watch. Very confusing, thankfully it is a cheap watch so if my wife is O.K. with it fine. If she does not like it or the stupid alarm keeps going off because there is no indication showing if the alarm is off or on then it will go in the trash. Will not buy another SMAEL product ever again.

I just got it in the mail. It looks just like the picture. It fits perfectly. I love the colors and it's very easy to set up and easy to read.
