If you’ve never smelled it, you might think it’s some awful, offensive scent—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. As someone with a small but diverse collection of designer and Middle Eastern fragrances, I can confidently say that Nautica Voyage is a well-made, budget-friendly cologne for men.I don’t get why some people claim it gets zero compliments or has a “negative aura.” Let’s be real—this is one of the best fragrances you can buy under $20. I haven’t tried the other versions, but the original is genuinely good for what it is. You just need to set your expectations accordingly. This isn’t a niche or high-end designer fragrance, and it’s not meant to be. But in its price range, Nautica delivers a very decent scent.The fragrance itself is fresh, aquatic, slightly soapy, with a hint of cucumber. It’s clean, inoffensive, and definitely not a “bad” smell. I can’t imagine anyone outright hating it. That said, this isn’t a fragrance designed to turn heads or pull compliments—it’s simple, effortless, and perfect for casual wear. No harsh opening, no overwhelming synthetic notes—just a light, refreshing scent that works well, especially in summer.Being an EDT, the longevity is moderate, but you can reapply it as needed without giving people around you a headache. At the end of the day, scent preference is subjective—nothing will appeal to everyone, but I’d say Nautica Voyage will work for 90% of people. If you’re looking for an affordable, fresh, clean-smelling cologne that’s suitable for work and warm weather, this is an easy blind buy. Spray away without hesitation!

I bought this for my husband, and I absolutely love how it smells on him. It has a fresh, clean scent with a hint of ocean breeze It’s perfect for everyday wear—whether he’s heading to work or we’re going out for dinner. It’s light, refreshing, and lasts a good portion of the day. Definitely a great value and a scent I’ll be happy to keep buying for him!

Purchased this as part of birthday gift for my husband. I love the soft clean scent of this cologne, it’s fresh and not overpowering. Doesn’t last all day, but it wasn’t expensive so I didn’t expect it would. Will purchase it again, because I have to like the scent just as much as he does.

I really enjoy the scent of Nautica Voyage — it's fresh, clean, slightly fruity, and perfect for everyday wear, especially in warm weather. It's very easy to like and feels very refreshing without being overpowering.However, I did notice that the longevity isn't the best. With 2–4 sprays, the scent seemed to fade after about 2–3 hours on my skin. It's definitely better for quick outings or for layering if you don't mind reapplying later in the day.For the price, it's still an amazing value, and I would recommend it if you're looking for a fresh, affordable cologne — just keep in mind it may not last all day without reapplication.

I got this on hella sale and was waiting for something to be wrong with it, but it’s great. It does feel like $30 tops, on a spendy day, so the full suggested price makes me raise an eyebrow. It smells very fresh and makes me think of a fancy cocktail bar or the inside of a Hollister, it’s a good scent for summer parties and clubbing. I liked how it cost me $12 on a big fat sale and I probably would knock a star off at the full price of $65. For under $20 this is a steal that feels literally almost criminal, for $65 there’s better stuff out there.

This was a gift for my husband. It has a very clean and fresh smell. He gets so many compliments about it.I really love how it smells on him and it lasts all day.

I absolutely adore this product. I do want to put out there that in my opinion, this scent is on the rather mild side of the spectrum. If you're looking for something that is very in your face / bold scented, you may want to avoid this product. I have personally fall in love with this product, it's just a very mild aroma so to speak.
