LIFETIME 80719 Wall Mounted Chair Rack Black

These work really amazing, I mounted it above my work bench in the garage and it has saved me a ton of floor space. The chairs are easy to slide off and on while remaining securely elevated along the wall. They work with 8 Cosco chairs with room for 2 more. I imagine they work even better with Lifetime chairs.

Great product and fair price. I have a weird space I wanted to put this rack that did not align to the studs. Instead of drilling new holes in the product metal I simply added a 2x4 to the existing studs on the wall and attached using the current hanger holes. Since this is holding a lot of weight I wanted to make sure this is a solid hold. This does the trick and even if they did not align I will still reinforce with a 2x4 for my next purchase.

This is very well made and works great. It has long and big enough lag bolts to be very solid. It will hold 12 chairs. The price is a very good value for such a quality product.

This chair holder is perfect, i wanted to get some space back in my garage and this lets me store the chairs up on the wall while still being able to store more of my stuff (junk) on the ground below it. Super easy install, this thing is secure.

Once installed with better screws from Lowes it’s great. Holds my 12 metal folding chairs out of the way!BUT…. I used the included drill bit then proceeded to try and get the included screws to go into the stud. The metal was so soft the Phillips stripped almost instantly (with a very very low torque setting on my power screw driver). Then I tried to use a socket wrench, the head was between metric and SAE sizes. So a little rocking…. Almost got the first 2 screws in, then they just wouldn’t go any further, and stripped so wouldn’t go in further. Then they both stripped trying to get out of the stud. (A few curse words….) At this point I literally had to cut the 2 screws with my dremel, took the last screw to Lowes for a comparison in dimensions to get more robust screws….Remeasured a level line about an inch above where where those screws were now cut flush with the sheet rock in my shop, the rack still covered the cut off portion so my friends won’t think I’m an idiot. Used a slightly bigger drill bit, 3 higher quality screws with my Milwaukee impact, 5 minutes later and now I love the rack. If they had included 3 better screws and a slightly bigger drill bit this should have taken me 10 minutes, as I am very handy with tools, and this is a very simple install. Instead took half a day. Ugh.Great rack!! TERRIBLE quality screws. Some of the worst hardware I have ever used. Do yourself a favor, keep the 3 washers, toss the screws once you have replaced them with higher quality screws from your local hardware store. (Don’t even keep them in your extra hardware mason jar, these screws are total junk)Good luck

This product is what i need as all my foldable chairs are just leaning on the wall and consumes space on my garage. It makes my garage more organized, it is solidly made very sturdy and heavy material, I stored 12 chairs and still can fit some more.

This turned out to be a great way to get our folding chairs up, organized, and out of the way. Perfect for Lifetime chairs, but also works for our brand x chairs (they are not quite as wide as the Lifetime versions, so they fit just a tiny bit snugly ... but still very workable). Easy to install into studs, or I mounted a 2x6 board in the garage and mounted this to that so I could put it exactly where I wanted.

I bought this because I love Lifetime products and I trust the brand. This product is great except for one CRITICAL issue. The lag screws that come with the product are too short and are not sufficient to support the weight of this mount plus chairs. It comes with 2-1/2" screws. The rack itself is 1" thick and drywall is another 1/2" which only leaves up to 1" of screw to actually go into the stud.I installed this as instructed and successfully got 12 chairs off my floor and hanging nicely on the wall. I was happy. I went to take down a couple chairs the next day and the whole unit came crashing down! The screws ripped right out of the wall and took chunks of my drywall with it. Luckily it didn't do too much damage but I did have a lot of patchwork to do. I double checked and I got all 3 screws into studs, so it was installed properly.I went to the hardware store and purchased some 3-1/2" lag screws and installed it again. Now its sturdy. I shouldn't have to do this - the included hardware should be sufficient. As this product ships today, it is unsafe and I cannot recommend it.If not for this critical flaw, I would easily give this 4 stars, maybe even 5.
