I’ve been wanting to try apple cider vinegar for years for weight loss but just couldn’t get past the smell and awful taste. This supplement is perfect ...easy to swallow with no bad taste, and most importantly no stomach upset! All the ingredients are natural, non gmo and vegan so I can take them without concern. I haven’t been taking them long enough to know for sure how my weight loss and energy are effected, but so far so good. Will update after a full month with my progress.

I'll be honest - I'm not a review person on amazon. And, when I do look at reviews, I always scroll to the 1* reviews anyway. But this is genuinely worth trying. I was pretty skeptical it would do anything - but a friend said she'd had a great experience and it helped her have much more energy through the day so I figured why not try. And it did! I feel a lot more awake and energetic. I've recommended this to my friends and family and I really like using it.

It's been a month or so now since I've been taking these, and still haven't noticed any drastic difference. I'll continue taking them just to see if anything changes.I have only been taking these for a week or so.... I haven't really noticed anything totally drastic yet, good or bad. The one thing I have noticed, is that it has actually helped my digestion and made my stomach not so sensitive to certain foods/drinks which I like. They're a lot easier to take than acv itself, but they do have a strong smell and are bigger pills with an aftertaste (goes away quickly). I will definitely take the remainder of the bottle, and might order a second one depending on the results.

I started drinking apple cider vinegar in my water for a number of reasons. Its good for blood sugar control and repelling mosquitos. I started using apple cider vinegar supplements recently, liked them for the convenience and taste. I ordered these for my mom specifically since she is in an age group with an elevated risk for type 2 diabetes and her last hemoglobin A1C was higher than I would have liked it to be. To her credit, she made an effort to lose a little weight and started taking these. She is not used to taking anything daily, but these have been fine for her. The bottle has an obvious vinegar smell but the capsules themselves don't have a strong taste or an aftertaste that I would consider noticeable. Overall, I think these are a great addition to one's daily routine.

Apple cider vinegar is much better in capsule form. I've had these for about a week and a half - all the same benefits without the bad taste. These pills are easy to swallow with no strong aftertaste. Solid Product.

I’m so glad I tried these. Since I started taking them, I’ve had way more energy at school and have been feeling great at the gym and on my afternoon runs. They’re really easy on my stomach—no acid reflux like I’ve experienced with other apple cider vinegar supplements. It’s also really convenient to have probiotics in the same supplement. My stomach hasn’t felt this good in a long time. I’ll definitely be buying these again.

During winters, I feel like my energy levels greatly decrease and I come home from work and just want to sit on the couch, so I tried this product to see what type of help it could give me. I found it to live up to the benefits it mentions and have felt great since I started taking it. Energy levels are definitely up and I've been able to be really consistent with getting myself to the gym and being willing to go out with friends more often throughout the week and weekends. Overall, I've felt like I've been able to combine these supplements with other aspects of my life like exercise that have resulted in me feeling healthier and happier and now I can't wait to take these during the summer to help me elevate my health even more. In terms of product, delivery and price, everything has gone smooth and I plan on sticking with something that I now know I can trust and that has been well worth my money.

I'm not sure if it's due to eating less and working out (which I've done before), but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the doctor and they told me I had lost 10 pounds! It may not be the pills, but they are the only thing different I've been doing so I'm sticking to it!
