Pelican R60 Fit
Definitely get the R60, it is the bigger of the two and if space is available well worth it.

Great travel humidor but heavy and could use improvement.
Great travel humidor but pretty heavy and could use improvement to the strap system. The R40 is very tough, like most Pelican cases, and serves well as a travel humidor... although maybe not for backpacking due to weight. My main complaint is that the slots for straps only go one direction, which limits how it can be configured. However, I modified it so that I can strap my lighter at 90 degrees to my cigars, which will allow me to be able to 2-3 more cigars.

Cigar capacity
This is the most convenient travel case for my cigars. Fits up to 24-26 cigars without the tray on top and that’s exactly what I needed it for.

Solid and well built used for cigars, have at least 10 cigars of different sizes, plus supplies, worth the $👍 plus made in USA
