My cat is doing well on this product. Very digestible for my old cat. Like the quality ingredients.

I have been very happy with this food. My cats have digestibility issues (bad, smelly, diarrhea poops), so I tried this food as a last resort. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they liked the food and it did not seem to upset their stomach. Since then, this is the only brand I buy for them. They really seem to like the Rocky Mountain Recipe best.One thing I suggest is to add a little warm water to the food to make it less dense. My cats wouldn't eat the food right out of the can, so I thinned it out a little with some warm water. They eat every drop now.

I can't knock Blue Buffalo at all, they always deliver superior quality products, my review is written from my personal perspective, please take that into account. The main reason I subscribe to this product, one of my three cats is nuts about the Duck recipe pate! I don't begrudge a thing, I splurge on this for her every couple of months. It's not within my budge to do it regularly. If budget isn't a constraint, I don't feel the quality of this can be beat.

Needed a quality high-protein paté wet food for Mama Tuxy, a rescued outside feral cat. She recently had emergency c-section and spay surgery. After healing well for a week, her incision opened and became infected. She's been through a lot! Having this cone around her neck made her more HISSED-OFF and less interested in eating. She was instantly interested in the smell and then the taste! Food and feeding is not only necessary for their physical well-being, but also for socializing and bonding with us scary big things. I added water (for extra hydration) and she devoured almost two cans of food!

We have been buying this brand of duck for our cat for about a year. It is the one food that she prefers 'most of the time'. :) It doesn't smell when you open it but there has been one or two in the past that didn't smell good and she didn't want to try it. She always gets good grades at the Vets and this is what we tell them she eats.There have been times the store has been out so that is why we bought a case from Amazon.

The food appears to be good quality, but my cat won’t eat it. She is quite picky, so maybe others will like it.

Cats eat them up! No puking!
