Overall a really nice sofa that's fairly solidly built. The sponge is very firm and there are no sprung parts beneath. You certainly won't be sinking down the back as you do on some sofas. I find it really comfortable and I love the storage and extendable part. Bear in mind if you have carpets or rugs, the pull out part has wheels and takes a bit more pulling out. On my wood floor, it rolls out effortlessly. The only reason for the sturdiness not to get the full five stars is because the bottom of the storage area is made of thin hardboard. You wouldn't want to put anything heavy inside it as it's not designed for heavy items.

This sofa is so beautiful! The delivery was excellent,we were called up by the drivers the day before arrival and they assembled it as well. They were very friendly and did an amazing job. It is a big sofabed so you definitely need space for it. It is a bit hard and stiff but we were just looking for this type. Definitely not comfortable to sleep on every day but as a living room furniture is lovely and just perfect. Would buy it again.

We found this sofa on Amazon and decided to go for it as didn’t want to wait for the typical 12-14 week wait from other shops. I am glad we did as it arrived promptly and for a much lower price. It’s good quality and sturdy. The storage space is spacious enough and overall very comfortable

Sofa is perfect for what I want, comfortable, sturdy, decent size and practical for when my kids come to stay.Only thing I wasn’t happy with was the team that delivered. They came without masks and all the rubbish/packaging from the sofa they just dumped outside my front door.

It is just what I wanted. I read the other reviews before buying this sofa bed and people complained about the sofa being too firm. For me, it is just right firmness. All my family loves it. It looks very good and the leader sides are very handy to place a cup of tea, remotes e.t.c. on it. And you can wipe any spillage off easily. Love it very muchThe guys who delivered the sofa, put it together in no time. Very professional. Everybody has found their favourite room on the sofa :).

The sofa looks and feels great initially. And that's the trouble because it makes you believe you made a great purchase.About four months after we bought the sofa the backrest started to slowly loose shape and strated to bend. When it became apparent something is wrong we contacted the seller. After several back and forth messages, they agreed to replace the backrest - waiting time was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. We weren't happy about this as it was a long time to wait for the repair, so we asked for partial refund. But the seller refused.The issue was first reported in February 2022, it is now July and we still haven't received a replacement. In the meantime, the sitting area lost its firmness, it seems that the foam under the material has come apart. Because of this, the sofa is no longer functional as a sofa bed and it's extremely uncomfortable. Not great for sitting either!When we run out of patience, we asked again for a partial refund since the 6-8 weeks promised for a repair clearly didn't happen and it's now been months, without any communication from the seller about the delay. We were again told no refund will be provided as the seller didn't have an opportunity to repair the sofa. This is despite the fact that we given them 5 months to sort it out!! Since further defects became apparent, we no longer want the initial repair as it would be of no use. We wanted to get at least some of our money back.The sofa is no longer usable and it's going to the bin - we are out of money and out of sofa. And the seller doesn't care.Avoid at all cost. 12 month warranty it's a scam unless you happy to wait half an year for a repair.

Looks good but its very hard and heavy, the mans who built it didn’t put on good alignment with wall, and they were hurry and not very much polite
