It works well. However I have not spilt anything on my shoes yet; so fingers crossed.

Protects well

You don't get a lot on the bottle, but it's more than enough to cover a few pairs of shoes.Used to waterproof a pair of walking shoes that had lost their proofing, it works a treat.For me, didn't change the fabric colour and so far has lasted for Months.

This water repellant for shoes does an okay job. It provides some protection against light rain and moisture, but I wouldn’t rely on it for heavy downpours. It’s easy to apply and dries quickly, which is convenient. However, I found that it needs frequent reapplication, especially if the shoes are exposed to a lot of water. It’s decent for everyday use but might not be the best choice for extreme weather conditions.

Affordable and works!

I think it is probably effective, as after spraying my trainers I realised I had waterproofed my hand.The spray itself is not an aerosol and is quite tedious and will make your hand ache - in frustration I got sloppy and sprayed it on the hand that was holding my trainer. My hand was fully waterproof for about 4 days. It was not a pleasant experience as it left my hand feeling extremely dry but no amount of hand cream would penetrate the waterproofing. I used numerous exfoliators before it eventually started to wear off.Overall I would imagine it would be effective on trainers, however I removed a star for the frustrating pump.
