Do they come with tie-backs?

these curtains do not come with tie-backs

are these colors orange and grey on a white background?

No, it’s a lighter gray than in the design, very good quality and beautiful.

Can you make these curtains in custom length?

I bought the length I needed as per the description. I don't sew & wouldn't want to alter them.
