Camco is one of the only brands with the correct lead statement. Others use the ansi number for the container to make it seem that their filter is filtering lead. Camco has both numbers. Have used Camco for years and they work great. These xl filters provide more filtration for a longer duration. We also use an under sink filter for extra filtration. No issues with pressure, leakage or defects. Ever. They are made well. The xl is definitely larger in size compared to the regular filter.

I hooked this filter up when I got to a camp site and when I turned the water on the filter leaked water from the seams of the filter so much that I couldn’t use the filter ,I went on Amazon to try and return the filter but I was to late I missed the return date. Other than that we get a new filter every year for camping season and they’ve always been great we love these water filters.

We wanted to keep rust out of our tank. We have an internal filter before the pump and a second filter for drinking water only. Some people don't use filters at all, some have fancy multiple filter setups but mose use this one.

We use this all the time when filling our camper water and it works great! Keeps the water smelling and tasting a bit better from the hose and seems to last a season.Works great if you are also washing cars to help filter the water a bit!

Easy to hook up to the hose. I didn’t drink any of the water but did use it to brush my teeth. No weird taste. Make sure to run water through it before hooking up. Water pressure was the same as it was without it.

This filter takes out all the weird plastic tastes in the water. It did not decrease the flow or pressure of the water. It is good quality and design and has no leaks. This will be my go to for rv water filters from now on!

Ease of use:these are very easy to put into place, and do a good job of cleaning the water. It’s a good idea to keep a few extras for when you’re traveling around. Some sites water is much dirtier than others.
