The Experience: I bought this thermos for work and it has held my solid foods and soups well! I heat my food up in the microwave so that it's piping hot, by the 6 hour mark my food is warm and good to eat. The design is compact enough to fit in my backpack which is perfect since it doesn't have much space and I don't need to worry about it leaking since it's leak proof.Overall the thermos was thoughtfully designed, I love that it comes with a spork/ spork holder so I don't need to pack extra utensils. It's heavy duty and easy to clean.Cons: I wish the design had some sort of silicone grip for the lid. I find that the pressure does build up from any hot foods, which makes the lid a bit harder to open. And with my tiny hands it can be hard to wrap my hands around it.

It took me a long time to settle on this food jar, but I am glad that I ultimately chose it. I needed a food jar to keep my fruit or yogurt cold for the day.I pre-cool the food jar with ice, then remove the ice and add my yogurt or fruit in around 5:30/6:00 am. The best example of its efficiency is the fact that the fruit stays COLD even as I open the jar several times throughout the day to eat a few pieces of fruit at a time. One day when I got home at 6:30 pm, the fruit was still cold and delicious! The jar gets bonus points for the compartment in the cover which I use to store the granola that I sprinkle over my yogurt.I haven't tried the food jar with hot food, but I imagine that it is just as proficient with that end of the temperature spectrum. This is a solid buy - money wellllllll spent!

Keeps food warm for a long period of hours. Super worth it.

It says it keeps food hot about 12 hours. I put food in piping hot, and it was just barely warm 5 hours later. You can’t reheat in the container, which sucks for convenience. But it’s okay. Overall it’s a good product! Easy to clean (maybe just because I have small hands and can easily get inside the opening LOL). The spork is nice, I just wish the handle was a little longer.I like it for cold fruit, or for dishes that I don’t mind eating lukewarm on the go. I tried it because of rave reviews, but maybe the one I got was a bit faulty, who knows. Regardless, it is much better than the expensive Hydroflask one I bought that doesn’t keep food hot or cold for more than 2 hours! Knocked off a star for it not living up to the description of food temperature length, but it’s overall a great product! No leakage, easy to clean, no weird smell like some steel products have (like my hydroflask lol). Easy to throw into my purse of a lunchbag. Love this otherwise!

Stanley is a solid brand name for quality. Needed this to pack hot soups/stews, mac and cheese, etc for the winter. Im on an intermittent fasting diet and eat between 8 am and 4 pm. Often needing to bring my own food to events I'm participating in, because of the time window. The thermos is perfect, keeps food hot, portion size is perfect, plus if I want a cold salad, it will keep the salad cold. Plus there is an additional top compartment for dressing, bread cubes, oyster crackers, etc. There is a fork/spoon attached at the side. Works well for salads and stews, but not so good for very liquid soups like tomato. Stanley is my go to.
