Not like I remember as a kid...
I remember having glow in the dark stars everywhere in my room when I was little, so I thought my kids would enjoy the same thing. They are a little thicker than paper, not plastic like I imagined. You peel the backing off of the star and it’s sticky like a sticker but not enough to stay stuck to anything! So you have to use the included tacky. There are WAY to many tiny stars! I couldn’t wait to be done putting them on the wall in the first kids bedroom... I bought 3 packs. The other two have yet to be put up. They are not bright like the picture! Maybe if you hold them next to a light for a long time and then they will be for a few minutes and that’s it. Wouldn’t buy again.

Does not stick but glows super bright !
Was looking for plastic stars was disappointed when I received stickers. Guess I should have read the description carefully. They were cute and a good deal for the money so I did keep them. Just bought so can not speak on no long they will keep glowing for. But they do glow super bright, brightest I've seen stickers glow! As for the adhesive that is already on the stars ... sucks. Does not stick at all. I can say at least they give an alternate adhesive to apply on the star havent tried it yet though. Good product overall.

Not bright at all.
I purchased these stars for my 18 month old, his sister also has glow in the dark stars in her room and he absolutely loves them. They looked well done, I loved the double stick idea (adhesive and putty), and placing them on his wall was a breeze. That being said, there's next to no glow. I saturate the room in light regularly, I leave the blinds open and let daylight in throughout the day, I followed the directions and placed them under a lamp for three minutes to activate them... Yet, it's our third day with the stars up and there's nothing coming off of them. They should be recharging, yet they are not. I'll try a last ditch effort of shining a flashlight on them and leaving his light on for a while, but at this point, if the massive amounts of sunshine that come in during the day don't do the trick, I don't think three minutes of light from a flashlight is going to change much either. Beautiful idea, just didn't pan out for us.

Stars Glow Pretty Quickly - Adhesive Backing Gives Dual Use
We bought these Glow in the Dark Stars to be used in a completely different way. My son, 7, is in a Kindness Club and likes to give out things at events. We are in the midst of a 4 night event called Blink here in Cincinnati. Projection mapped lights on buildings or on structures and murals ( some with sychronized music). Everything glows, we decided to use the Glow in the Dark Stars as a type of medium, but with the concept of Kindness Rocks (much lighter and easier to transport). With the adhesive backing on these, it makes them wearable for the recipient (if they choose to do so). We used permanent markers to write on them, some colors allow the glow to come thru completely (light blue, while yellow does not).

Great glow bad putty
I love how they glow. I wish I knew if using them as stickers would ruin paint. I am a renter so I opted to use the putty which is hard to get onto the slippery back of the stars and after a week they have been dropping from the ceiling a few a day

Descent enough
Not as good as the ones I had growing up that with 30 minutes of good lighting would last half the night. They're fine for the money though.

great in theory
I liked these because they were adhesive and it said High intensity but the kept falling off the wall - so we put them on poster board and they still fell off. The only time they were bright is when you hit them with a flashlight. Otherwise they were barely glowy.

You get what you pay for...
Definitely not great quality but I guess you cant expect alot for the price. The adhesive is terrible and doesnt adhere very well. They do glow nicely though.
