I recently tried these sleeping gummies for both myself and my son, and they worked wonders for us. We both struggle with falling asleep, so I decided to give these a shot. I absolutely love these gummies. I bought them on a lark because I ran out of melatonin for my daughter who has sleep issues. Not only do these taste good, but they work really well. I’ve used them myself as an adult, and they work for me too. I actually like the flavor of these more than the adult version. Anyone looking for a melatonin supplement should give these a go.

We used these as a "night night treat" for my kid when we were getting a lot of push-back for diaper changes. Initially, we were using candy but decided candy before bed was a bit counterproductive so we decided to try these out. He loves the flavor and does think they're a "treat". They are in a childproof bottle so he can't get at them on his own. He's generally a pretty good sleeper so I can't say if it made a huge difference in his sleep quality or schedule but it's definitely a good option as a "treat" if you don't want to sugar them up before bedtime.

These work in like 20 minutes, my kids have waaay too much energy and we tried everything to have them burn out energy. This is our last resort but when I tell you it works it works!
