I have been using the Biotics B Complex from Biotics Research for a couple of years now. I am pleased with the results.

This isn't the stress level of B Vitamins but is good quality and amounts for every day use. I only add 1 per day to my normal multivitamin/ mineral since I seem to need a bump up on the B Vitamins every day even with a good overall healthy diet.

Easy to swallow, smaller size.

Perfect addition to my vitamin regimen

I love the energy these give me. I am no longer groggy and dragging when I get to work. I take one daily and will continue to do so.

I use these capsules regularly but I haven't opened these yet. If they don't meet expectations, I will post again.
