Ivory Cream 12 Inch Taper Candles - Pack of 12 Premium Unscented, Dripless & Smokeless Hand-Dipped Candles for Birthday, Wedding or Dinner Decorations and Formal Candlelighting

I needed 12 - 18" red taper candles and I definitely got 12" red taper candles. They work, and the really do look very pretty. I didn't want to break the bank, and I didn't. I think the price was very good for what I got. What I have found so far is that yes, they are red all they way through, but as they burn (see pics) there's a little bit of a white glow at the bast of the wick. The inner wax isn't as RED as the outer. The wicks end up being very long (see 3rd pic) which indicates the wax is of lower quality and burning faster than the wick. Not a huge deal, but they won't be "long burning" or last super long. As far as "dripless", see pic 2. There is SOME dripping, but for me it isn't a big deal. It hasn't ruined anything or even made it's way to the bottom of the candle. Now, I don't burn these for hours like at a wedding or something. They burn for maybe 40 min to and hour and then I blow them out, so maybe it would be worse if they burned for an extended amount of time. Look, these aren't Colonial that will last you years, but they work, and they are a reasonable price.

Nice candles but poorly packaged.

They came individually plastic wrapped inside a box, all intact and are TRUELY black.So far I've not burned any of them but by thelooks and smells seems like a winner. Compared to a store bought the bottom is a little bit wider but since I heat the base to melt the candle inside their holder I see no problem at all but every situation is different and since these a hand dipped candles the base might be less o more wider, rounder or etc.Price seems a bit out of range but you have to remember that they're 12 inches and in a color that might be difficult to localize if you don't have a metaphysic/esoteric/yerberia store near by so I would say its fair price.I'm so ready to light them up and if they burn properly and without mayor issues I won't update since durability is not so much of concern unless they burn in less than an hour.

Very happy with these for our wedding— they are the deep cobalt color I was looking for, though they can look almost navy in low lighting. No issues with them fitting into a variety of candle sticks. I can’t really comment about if they are dripless or not. Most of them remained unlit (due to venue polices) in candelabras, and a few I burned down beforehand and intentionally made them as drippy as possible by fanning the flame all over the place. It took a lot of work to get the drippy romantic look I was going for, so I imagine they wouldn’t drip at all in still air.

Very elegant looking tapers. I have a more industrial decor and am addicted to silver plated candlesticks which I have on a large farm table in our eat in kitchen and on the coffee table to give a different vibe. These are really pretty. I can't speak for the dripping or not as I generally light them during holidays only so?? We will see on that part of this and will add a review later about it. Worried looking at other people photos of all the dripping so we will see. My only thing that bothered me and why I gave them 4 stars is I feel they should be individually wrapped since they are shipped in a narrow rectangle box and can bang around a bit. Mine were delivered safely though.

These candles are a beautiful shade of blue. However, they arrived in the original, flimsy thin, box. The box was not taped closed and was busted open at one end. Because the box was ripped, sand and dirt got into the box which in turn scuffed, scratched and made divot in the candles. I was not able to remove the sand and dirt from each candle.

I haven't burned any of these candles yet but they look promising.

Love these !! They are a very nice flame and clean burn. One pack ( black) did not drip. Ordered Navy and the dripped everywhere… same table , Sam candle holders but navy candles dripped everywhere
