Waist trainer belt
The belt is ok. I don’t think it’s a waist trainer, as I’ve been using it for a while, but don’t see any difference. My daughter wears it when her back hurts

This belt is good, there is movement when you got it on. The back things do hurt a little but it’s manageable.
