Sturdy, convenient, and a very usable size
I was looking for a sliding under-desk keyboard tray so that I could create more space on my compact desk area - in particular, to move the keyboard and mouse I use when I have my work laptop on my desk so that I don't have to keep moving my desktop PC K/M around to make room to work. There are a lot of options on Amazon, and I rejected a few of them after reading reviews which had some feedback in to make you question the product. I've purchased Duronic items before and they've always been a really good balance of quality and cost. I'm pleased to say that this is no different. The tray comes in 5 main pieces and requires some very simple assembly - screw the 2 x desk clamps to the 2 x rails, then screw the 2 x rails to the tray board (screws are included and one of the nice things about the Duronic quality is that you don't get issues with screw threads stripping, or the screw mounts in the tray coming loose). It really only takes 5 minutes to assemble (instructions included). You then simply slide the clamps over the top of your desk (there are some soft plastic pads which sit under the top part of the clamps to protect your desk surface). The tray slides easily, but not loosely so it won't randomly fly in or out during use. The tray itself protrudes from under the desk every so slightly, but not to the point where it is an issue. The distance from the top of the tray to the underside of your desk is large enough for your keyboard and mouse, although depending on the height of your desk (if it's not height adjustable) this may bring the tray close to your knees - I don't think that's unique to the Duronic though. I really appreciate the width and depth of the tray - it's large enough for my compact keyboard to sit alongside the mouse. It also feels very sturdy thanks to the solid metal clamps and components - there's no wobble when you type. The clamp mount is also great if you want to avoid putting screw holes in your desk, or perhaps want something you can quickly remove. Very happy with it, and it's one I would recommend if you're looking for something like this.

Heavy duty and good quality.
Good quality shelf with heavy duty grip plates. Nice touch with the rubber feet to protect my desk. Quite easy to put together, took about 20 mins but took my time. Easy slide out and in and plenty of space for standard keyboard and mouse. Would thoroughly recommend.

Solid, sturdy and good quality
This does exactly what you would expect - it holds your keyboard and stores it out of the way. I added it to an Ikea desk I have to give me some extra distance between myself and my screen - it does that well. I thought that it may not slide under the next with the keyboard's feet up, but it was just the right size for that...so everything is nicely out of the way. My only complaint is that one of the bolts on each side is hard to get into place with the allen key. There's limited room to turn it adequately to get it into the thread before having to reposition the key. This makes it a bit of a faff to get going. Besides that, the construction is very easy.

The real deal. Brilliant value for money.
I don't write product reviews but I'm extremely happy with this product. The materials are all really high quality - solid wood tray, ball-bearing rollers for it to slide in and out of your desk on, solid metal clamps and screws. The only bit of plastic is the handle to tighten the clamps to your desk, but you don't need metal for that at all. Really easy and quick to assemble, took me 30 mins. I have a really thick desk (2 inches), so I was worried the clamps wouldn't be wide enough to fit, but in fact they did so comfortably and with a bit of wiggle room. The tray is large and sturdy, and pulls out and in fairly easily - it's a little stiff at present but I expect it will loosen up a bit over time. I expect that this thing will last me a good while. Just one thing to note, make sure your desk is wide enough as this is quite wide (but that's a good thing). From clamp edge to clamp edge its 33.5 inches, so your desk needs to be at least that wide. Also, make sure there's nothing under your desk that would obstruct the tray going back. I had this metal bar underneath that helps maintain the structure of the desk, but luckily my desk was wide enough that I could shift this product to the right slightly to avoid it. Really couldn't recommend this enough. I saw a similar product for £180. This one is £40. I don't see how the other one could be better at all unless it was made our of mahogany or something! Don't waste your money - this is the real deal. It's also far nicer than the cheaper ones (around £12-£15) that I saw. They looked quite small and plasticy, and you have to screw them into your desk, permanently damaging it. This one has nice rubber-covered clamps that don't ruin your desk, meaning you can change it to another desk very easily without any damage to either. The only slightly annoying thing about this is the fact the metal clamps do create a slight raised surface on your desk. However, this is a natural trade off if you want the clamp-style that won't screw into and ruin your desk. For me the clamps are sleek and minimal and won't impact my work - this is especially true as the tray is large and sturdy enough to act as a desk EXTENSION too. So the real estate you lose to the clamps is far less than what you gain overall with the tray. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Duronic!!

Beautiful
I am going to start this by saying that I am in the middle of returning this product but I still think it is a very good product. Let's start with the positives of it: *This is very big and makes an excellent extension of space - might be a problem if you have a small desk as it may not fit under it, but if you just want an extension of space and don't need it put away, this is very nicely sized for the price. *Very sturdy feeling. *Easy to assemble and comes with extra screws. Within 30 minutes you can assemble and take it apart pretty easily. *Rails and clamps are labelled, putting them on the right way hides this labeling. *Rails are very smooth moving and well-oiled. *Aesthetically, it looks very nice. So you may wonder why I am returning it and it is because of one specific issue: *The rails extend out the back maybe about 2ish inches and the clamps are extended out at the sides just enough that I can't use it. For my particular desk, the rail placement runs right into the poles that hold up my desk making it impossible to get the clamps to reach it. I can't attach it or use it at all. It is unfortunate that this is the case, as I really loved the look and feel of it and was so excited when it arrived. So make sure that you measure back to make sure there is space for the rails where the edge of it will meet your desk before purchasing it. I'd say you need at least 3-4 inches of space for a rectangular desk to be safe and likely 4-5 if your desk is round-edged where it would need pushed in more to clamp on at all. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it is a very nice and seemingly quality product over all.

Good… but slides in when using
It’s great, bigger than expected but very sturdy however it doesn’t lock in place when pulled out so as you’re typing it slowly creeps back in. I’d love to know if there’s a way to fix this as it’s the ONLY issue I have. It’s rather annoying hence the 3 stars.

Super produit
Super produit !
