works great. i like that it pumps out water on upstroke and down stroke. very smooth action. use it everyday. use a jerrycan cut down spout pushed pump through. cut rv freshwater hose for bottom and hasnt leaked yet. need to cap nozzle otherwise will leak every bump. used silicone nipple.

Have used it for 21 nights of boondocking style camping where we are using the sink to wash hands a lot more and also dishes due to current health situations. The faucet works very well and holds pressure well and takes about 16-18 pumps to pump a quart of water if we are filling up a nalgene. It has held up well and for at least 50 gallons having gone through it I am very satisfied. The plastic also cleans well so it makes for a nice setup when your RV is not hooked up to a permanent water source.

When you pump it, the bottom part just leaks out water all over the place. Fine if it's for an outside sink, but not fine if you don't want the surrounding area soaked all the time.Other than that, it really is great. No other problems

Simple. Perfect. Takes up so very little space. Draws water up at least five feet (what I tested) effortlessly on both the up stroke and down stroke. Base can be rotated. Looks nice. It will suit my tiny camper very well. I'm very pleased. I installed it with one hole cut out, add a couple of screws, and it was done.

Replaced the Valterra Rocket hand pump that was not serviceable and would not hold a prime at all. Not sue but looks like it was the original galley pump.Replacement Used:price $65Mark 6 V PUMP, Galley self priming hand pump "WHALE"Installed using existing hose but added a 3 x 2.5 inch plate over old hole. The plate was made from hard wood, painted white, and then used existing screw holes drilled out and placed pan-head bolts with lock washers to mount plate. Used drill spoon to put hole in plate large enough for new pump body. Also, used epoxy under plate to help with reinforcement.Pump works great and has adjustable neck.

It allowed me a custom fit for my military jug. Works great!

Pumpe in mein Boot eingebaut um Seewasser zu holen. Heute kam das Boot ins Wasser. Die ersten paar Pumpvorgänge alles super. Am Abend zum abspülen kam dann Wasser oben raus. Sehr ärgerlich, da der Einbau bei mir im kleinen Boot sehr aufwendig war. Werde daher nicht tauschen und so lange so benutzen, wie es geht... 😠

Purchased this pump to replace leaky pump faucet in my camper van. It works beautifully. Efficiently pumps water on up and down stroke. I had do a bit of carpentry because the old pump had leaked water into the countertop. But overall, easy to install and looks and works great.

Après avoir essayé divers moyens de pompage dans mon fourgon aménagé (pompe à pied, pompe électrique, pompe à main moins chère), je regrette de ne pas avoir investi plus tôt dans cette petite pompe Whale vraiment très efficace. Le prix est justifié par la qualité du produit et je n'ai pas trouvé moins cher ailleurs. Je vais d'ailleurs en commander une seconde pour l'installer dans une cabane sur un terrain sans électricité. Pompe fiable avec débit plus que correct sans beaucoup d'efforts, vous pouvez commander les yeux fermés.

This is a good quality efficient pump. It has great flow and is easy to pump. I highly recommend this product.
