The barbs (the removable parts the hose attaches to) break off when someone accidentally steps on them. Do they sell replacements?

I assume you mean the protrusions the 1/4" drip lines can attach to. No., once they are broken you can either replace the entire quad, or, if you only need 3 drip lines, you can seal the broken one with a screw that will fit into the opening left after the break.

For the seller: Do these come with caps like in the first picture?

The bottom is threaded for the riser, the top is threaded for your choice of sprinkler heads. Mine did not come with a top head.

Does the 1/2 cap unscrew?

Hopefully I understand the question. The item screws onto a riser. The top will either take a cap, screwed on, or another 1/2 inch sprinkler. The "arms" are dripper attachments that are threaded for added security for the dripper hose.
