Mostly does what it says
It surely eases the impact on the heels. But it does not reduce pain. What it does is to help stop aggravating the pain

Average quality usefulness not established
Average quality. After few days it became hard like plastic and adding no value. No relief to pain.Cost is good but usability not good so think before you make a decision.

Very comfy
Had to walk longer distance for few days. This helped a lot for the support and I didn't experience much pain.

Not for sandals
Though I felt pain relief it can't be used on sandals. I believe it's only for (foot fully covered) shoe type. Because adhesion is not good at all. Even inside a shoe if it doesn't stick to the bottom, it may create problem I believe.

Feels useless after a while
Had bought it for my dad who was having chronic pain in heels. He used it regularly but soon he reduced the usage as he started feeling the shoes more comfortable for him.Sometimes he complained me that the feels slip sideways inside the shoe (though my dad has proper aligned feet ane legs).

So so product quality
They don’t stick that well, and they stick to your feet while taking off the shoe. Also they are a bit thin and not sure if they will deliver pain relief of Plantar Fascia.
