Blind arrived in perfect condition. Had no problems setting up. It's in a room that doesn't get a lot of use. Blind stays close most of the time. When used very easy to operate.

The rods for both blinds broke
I do like the blinds but both rods for my blinds broke almost as soon as I attempted to use them. They're very cheaply made

Fragile, dull, faux
I thought this was going to be a “teasing” faux type of blinds, looks a bit plasticy and shiny… it does the job and I’m not entirely dissatisfied

Completely broke
This blind came in completely broke, missing hardware to hang, blinds on each end were faded. I have no idea why I need to waste my time in sending it back as it is completely useless to the company
