CTA Tools1463 Flip Socket Set (5 Piece), 1 Pack, 22mm X 24mm

I used this kit to remove my swollen lug nuts on a late model Lincoln Navigator; my oem lug nut wrench for the vehicle would not come close to fitting the swollen lug nuts. I used the 21.5 (half size over the actual lug nut) and had to hammer it on, then I used a 1/2 socket 20" leverage bar to remove the ridiculous Ford product lug nut. It took several hours, but was worth it. I was happy I discovered this problem before I had a roadside incident, and happy I located this kit to do the job. I purchased a chrome lug nut set here on Amazon and just replaced them one at a time, as I removed the swollen lug nuts. I highly recommend this if you have the problem; and if you do not and drive a Ford F-150, Expedition, Navigator, etc. you probably will.

I saw a video about this tool set. I have the ford two piece log nuts that are all swollen up. I was sceptical it would work. Because someone had tried taking them off before. The outer cases were really bad. But I was proven that it did work and it worked well. I couldn't recommend this product more. Saved a lot of money.

Our Ford Ecosports came with the 2 piece lug nuts that fail after a couple of years-they swellIn comes the 19.5 size flip socket making what could be very frustrating removal to just a pain-This set includes any size you will ever need on a standard passenger car and light truck-Seems very well made-I would purchase again-

Bought this socket because I had the infamous Ford swollen lug nuts. While it may have been useful 20,000 miles ago, the lug nuts were too swollen for the socket. Had to use a 22mm and a 7/8 to get them off. Will keep this socket in the vehicle for tire changing using new lug nuts.

I purchased the sockets to help remove Ford F-150 lug nuts that plague most F-150 owners. The half sizes worked great!

It is a product that is satisfied with the replacement of the vehicle wheel.The downside is that the number part is not branded but printedIt's too bad.I think it's a great product in terms of price.

Purchased to compliment the torque wrench my brother purchased so he can check his own wheels lug nut torque.

This kit has saved my ass on numerous occasions. It seems like all the Ford wheel nuts i touch are swollen. This gets them all off with no issue. Be warned - don't be an animal with these sockets when using them. Use a breaker bar with these sockets after gently tapping them on the swollen wheel nuts to crack them loose. Don't try and use 1000 ft pound gun on these. You will blow them apart. Using the manual method has worked each and every time and i have done 100's of vehicles thus far. Great kit!

LABELLED wrong this is a 22mm x 22.5 mm Flip socket

Couldn't figure out why no sockets would fit... then I googled "21.5mm socket" in desperation. Looking at the nuts now I see they are a bit bent.. hardly noticable but enough that it would take a hammer to get the 21mm in place. This fits like a glove, and slides off easily. Very happy with it!
