This mount is very well constructed with quality fit and finish. It is poseable, but doesn't lock as solid as I'd like. I'd be concerned using it like the picture in the description, angled about 90 degrees near the side mirror on the car. I could envision the wind causing it to deflect and lose the camera aiming. The magnet is probably the strongest one on any of my magnetic mounts and can be removed easily to use with other mounts. Magnet is not coated so use caution on delicate surfaces, but slapping it on a dozer or tractor is totally fine.

This is a neat little mount and I am almost certainly going to get one or two more. The mount is very flexible but does a decent job holding whatever position you set it at and the magnetic base/mount does not budge *at all*.A bonus, for me, is that the magnet is threaded to the flexible arm with a standard 1/4 x 20 thread. Whenever I don't have the need for the extra length I just remove the magnet from the arm and screw it directly onto my camera's mount.CAUTION: if you're going to mount the magnet to a painted surface be sure to put some protective barrier between the magnet and the paint!!! Fully flush mounted to the surface you will not be able to lift the magnet off, you'll need to slide it off and that **will** scratch the paint!!!I do two things: I place painters tape on the area where I'm going to place the mount and, if possible, I place the magnet partially off the edge of what I'm sticking it to. The tape takes the abuse when/if I have to slide the magnet, and having the magnet partially off the edge will let pull up on the lip hanging over and lift it.

My daughter plays travel ball and this works PERFECTLY to hang the Mevo up on the fence. Way faster and more efficient than the traditional fence hangers! So many people have asked me about it!

Bought this to better locate a camera for streaming church services. Camera on a tripod was in the way and often obscured by people in front of it. The magnet in this is strong yet small enough to attach to side of air vent on 9’ ceiling. Allows for flexible positioning.

Magnet are so small and strong ✅... The neck are good enough. The ball head tripod are fantastic for this price!

Got some metal plates with 3m and stuck my solar panel to the gutter, worked perfectly.

Seller should define proper weight that can be holed in-position properly. I tried to mount an echo dot 4th gen (986g) and the joints are not strong enough to hold and gradually loosen the position. The product itself seems good quality thou.

Was little more flexible than I expected but works great. I added another piece to make it longer. I’ve been using this mount Since November. I got it for when we play @ bat backstops

The media could not be loaded.  i combined 2 arms. The magnet is strong enough to hold up the weight.
