Growing up, I had a budding interest in investigating ghosts and haunted buildings. In 1973 I was bought Andrew Green's Ghost Hunting A Practical Guide. The book guided me and encouraged me and even more than 40 years later that original well thumbed copy of Andrew Green's book remains on my book shelf and is still consulted from time to time. But inevitably, as time marches on some perts of the original book have become less relevant, particularly those relating to the technology which has changed radically since the original book was published.Alan Murdie has taken on the challenge of updating the original in a considered and well thought out way to reflect those changes and technical advances which have taken place since 1973.Ghost Hunting A Practical Guide The New Edition should be one of the first books that anyone who is interested in the subject should read. If you are just setting out with an interest in the paranormal and investigating things for yourself this is essential first reading, if you are already an experienced hunter of ghosts then you can still learn much from this book. It has served me well for 40 years and this mid-life update of a classic is long overdue and very welcome
