My favorite!
Tinkayada is by far my favorite gluten-free pasta, hands down! Cooks just like mainstream wheat pasta. No disintegrating in the water, no gummy texture. Great pasta! (And I'm part Italian who was raised on pasta.) Just wish the company would branch out to other shapes such as ditalini, orzo, and, of course, pastina. I miss those!Don't ever hesitate to buy Tinkayada if you need a gf pasta. They're lasagna noodles are fantastic too!

Can use exactly like wheat noodles
Never mushy great taste boils up like regular wheat noodles which I try never to eat - now I can have pasta again- even can freeze left overs and still perfect texture and taste - my new go to - so happy to have found them

Greatest non-mushy GF option!
We love these noodles! We use them in casseroles all the time and cut down cook time prior to adding to casserole so they don't overcook. Delicious no matter how you serve them! Also the whole grain carbs don't give me blood sugar issues, as long as I have some veggies and protein with them. White noodles send my blood sugar sky high, no matter what!

The Absolute Best on the Market
In my opinion, Tinkyada is the best gluten-free pasta on the market. The consistency and texture are most like gluten pasta. It is sturdy and holds up well when used with sauces and you cannot beat the price for the product.

Gluten free pasta. Tinkayada is the BEST
I love Tinkayada pasta. It is a great value for the money. Boil the water, add the pasta, let the pasta boil 2 minutes, cut of heat, let sit 12 minutes pasta is done. So easy to cook. The taste is just like regular pasta even my husband loves it. He is not gluten free. It does not fall apart!

Tastes very good
This pasta tastes good. Dont over cook it for the best texture. A bit expensive though. I can’t imagine these ingredients are a lot more expensive than wheat, just different.
