In addition to using a quality product like this herbal cleanse, here are my 5 tips to maximize your cleanse:1. Start your day by waking up with a glass of warm or cold lemon water.2. This is safe and effective. It worked as advertised. I would recommend. Rather than taking allopathic medications and get side effects this is a better option.

My Husband and I both did a 3-day cleanse using this product and we both had very different results. He spent those 3 days running back and forth to the bathroom as this supplement seemed to be working through him quite aggressively. I, on the other hand, did not notice any significant changes in my bowel habits but I did experience a lot of stomach cramping while doing this cleanse.The capsules are gigantic, and I highly recommend drinking a TON of water when trying to swallow these as they suggest on the bottle. The directions also say to take one capsule (and you will definitely want to take only ONE to start) at bedtime. However, this supplement does start working rather quickly and within hours I was feeling it working my system. Unfortunately, this meant being awaken in the middle of the night needing to make a trip to the bathroom.On the positive side: both my Husband and I did experience less bloating and gas during and after the cleanse so that's a plus. I will try the 7-day cleanse next go around so we'll see how that goes.

I ordered this 2-2-22 and a second time 3-31-23.I loved the first one. Very gentle. Very regular, great to clean everything out and get rid of bloat and a good start. I followed directions-1 capsule before bed with one glass of water and very regularly I had cleaned everything out within 3 🚽 visits by 11:00am. I ordered the second time and the packaging was slightly different and it is much less consistent. I go once in the morning and then…? I’m writing this review because I had to rush home from the park with a belly ache 🚽. So it still works but I just don’t want to have to stay close to home all day.

I was nervous about doing a colon cleanse. I wanted something that was Non-GMO and more on the healthy side. I read reviews and my husband and I decided to try this one. I can have a touchy system with anything that I take so we decided to try 1 pill a day. For anyone out there who knows they need to do a colon cleanse, this one is a very tolerable fairly gentle cleanse with the 1 pill a day. Two pills would be more aggressive I think. I could have easily done this for the seven days but we were going out of town. The three days gave us the desired affects and there was no misery or horribleness that I have read with others. This will be in our arsenal for colon cleansing and I would most certainly highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a cleanse!

Doesn’t work

This works. If you want to say goodbye to bloat and want something natural, look no further. These capsules were never harsh on me, it’s natural and it works!

First I’d say don’t take if you’ve recently had a baby or are prone to hemorrhoids. And don’t drink coffee the next morning.I wanted to attempt 2 pills a day for 3 days. I took one at 5pm to see how I would react. I had no serious cramps just normal having to poop feeling. I went twice within the first two hours. I took the second pill at 8pm. In and out of the bathroom a few times that night, then I was able to sleep throughout the night. That morning I had a few sips of coffee, and it was horrid. In and out of the bathroom several times and strong cramps. I had some breakfast and back to the bathroom.I definitely feel cleaned out but my butt is sore. Lol
