Very easy to apply. Does it slightly darken leather? Yeah duh. It's a conditioner that is absorbed. Of course it's going to darken leather. This is used to make old leather look new again. Not to make old leather stay looking old. Absorbs quickly leaving a slightly waxy feel to the leathers. Works for me. Not as waterproof a beeswax but provides very good water resistance while restoring and conditioning the leather. You'll see on the lighter color leathers the change in before and after. On the darker leather you can see the comparison with one shoe treated and the other washed but not treated yet.

This brought my boots back ! They were worn and untreated. Now they look great and are protected. Love it!

Had my Tims for a year before deciding to buy this. Easy to apply and buff with boot brush. I used a rubber glove and hand applied to boot leather rubbing it in. I waited a few minutes and buffed with boot brush. Leather feels supple. We’ll see how it holds up.

It was so great! It absorbed very well. It made my boots softer. It did make them darker though. It’s not sticky and it deals with the leather great! Definitely prefer!

I got this for my leather combat boots. Used a very small amount on a rag and followed instructions, and it revived them like new. They're nice and shiny and supple again. Doesn’t really smell like anything. As stated, a little goes a long way so you won’t have to buy more for quite a while.

A buddy of mine recommended this to me for my hunting boots. After 2 years of hard hunting my boots needed some TLC. After applying boot guard to 1 of my boots I was shocked to see how much “life” it put back into them. Great product and I will definitely buy again when needed.
