Holds securely
This review is for the following item: OK TAPE Pregnancy Belly Band Tape, for Belly Pain, Back Pain Relief, Swelling Relief, Non-Irritant Physical Belly Support Tape for Pregnant Women, Precut 12 Strips, 4 Sets - Week 27 OnwardsThis tape is nice and flexible and stays in place with no wrinkling. The instructions are easy to understand and the tape was easy to apply.I am not pregnant, but have a lot of excess stomach skin due to a large weight loss. I wanted to see if this would hold the excess skin up and not let it hang.Since the area I was using the tape was not a firm section, like a pregnant belly would be firm, this tape didn't work as well as I had hoped it would. But it did work, I think my expectations were a bit too high. My skin didn't hang as much but it wasn't a firm tight belly look that I was hoping to end up with. The tape didn't work itself loose and when I removed it a few days later, it was still on nice and tight. It was not a painful removal but make sure you hold your skin taunt so it doesn't pull as much.I think this will work very well for someone who is pregnant to help with belly pain and back pain. It definitely is supportive.

Secure and comfortable
The pre-cut pieces of the OK TAPE Pregnancy Belly Band Tape make it much simpler to apply than dealing with bulky belly bands. It’s lightweight and soft, making it more comfortable and less noticeable, especially underclothing.Unlike traditional belly bands, this tape stays securely in place all day without shifting or bunching. It offers targeted support for the belly and back without the restriction or added heat that a full band can cause. Removal is quick and gentle, leaving no sticky residue or irritation. For anyone looking for a more discreet, breathable alternative to belly bands, this tape is a fantastic option to manage pregnancy discomfort.

Brought plenty of relief, but hard to remove and left sticky residue
Right before I put this on, my mid back back was in a lot of pain. No matter what position I was trying to sit, stand, or lay in, I could not find relief. For reference, I am about 26 weeks pregnant and already experiencing a fair amount of pain from my pregnancy belly weight gain due to my petite nature and limited internal space for baby. I am 5'1 and before pregnancy I was 95lbs.Within seconds after applying this tape according to the directions, I had so much relief that my mid back was actually free of pain for the next couple of hours. As the day goes on, the pain typically worsens, and I only just started to feel the pain again by about the time I was going to go to bed.My goal was to leave the tap on for as long as I could while still finding relief. I figured the tape, which was holding up a good amount of weight, would stretch out over time. I also know, that at the rate my pregnant belly is growing, that I may need to remove the tape and reposition for optimal support.I ended up leaving the tape on for a little over 30 hours. During that time, I took a bath and was fairly active with household chores. The tape appeared to stay firmly in place. Only towards the very end of that 30 hours did I notice it just start to lose its effectiveness. I am sure I could have left it on longer with it remaining effective, but I didn't want my abs to grow too weak by having it on too long (I am not sure what an appropriate time frame would be, and this probably is very different for everyone).I needed to take the tape off in the shower as the removal process was not very pleasant. It definitely pulled at my sensitive belly skin and fine peach fuzz. The heat from the shower seemed to help, but it only took the edge off. I found the best way to remove it was by pulling downwards in the direction of the tape and putting that section directly in the stream of water. Sometimes I would switch back and forth between removing each piece bit by bit to allow time for it to fully soak. I did experiment with both soap and oil at different stages of this removal process to see if either helped. I can't say they did much. I was also hesitant to try and remove it quickly since the skin in the area I applied it to was very soft and I didn't want to break it. Had this been on my arm or leg, I would have pulled it quickly.I am giving this product 4 stars, because although it provided me almost complete relief from my back pain, it was painful to remove and I am also still removing sticky residue several days later. If I am being completely honest though, I haven't tried very hard to remove the residue yet outside of using my oil based belly cream... I should really try some rubbing alcohol next...

Great in a pinch
These are easy to apply and use. I have a reusable band but I forgot at work. So these saved the weekend

Not just for pregnancy
You don't have to be pregnant to use this and find support from it. Menopause has been generous with me for weight gain in the belly, and the strain on my lower back is lessened when using this belly band tape. I swab my skin with rubbing alcohol and dry before applying, and the adhesive stays firm for a couple days, even through a few showers!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Helppful
This tape is so interesting. I wondered if a little strip of tape could support you. However, I found, for me, it really does help a bit. It is easy to apply and nice an sturdy material. It stays in place nicely and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I think it is a very helpful product and recommend it.

Good Support for Pregnancy Discomfort
This belly tape is effective for providing gentle support during pregnancy, helping to relieve lower back pain, belly discomfort, and swelling. The adhesive is comfortable on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation, which is a plus for sensitive areas. It stays in place fairly well throughout the day, offering a steady level of support that’s suitable for moderate activity. While it may not hold up as well in very humid conditions, overall, it’s a reliable option for those seeking extra comfort and stability during pregnancy.
