Great product
This is the 3rd one I purchased . The product is excellent

Disappointed
It was frustrating putting together. You basically have to figure it out. It's extremely cheap made with plastic brackets. I had to use my own screws and duct tape middle because it kept coming apart. I was going to buy more but nope, not this one. Not worth it.

Overall, it’s an ok awning
I don’t expect the corrugated plastic to last any more than a few years max in the sunlight. We’ll worry about that when the time comes.The bad part - the mounting hardware is garbage. Don’t even bother trying to use the expansion bolts, they’re trash. You will get a far better and more solid mounting if you buy whatever length bolts you will need to get through a wall and then use a nut, lock washer and finder washer on the other side.I would not mount these to brick or a closed internal cavity wall without some sort of fully expanding anchor bolts

Works great
Easy to put together and install, the only thing they should do different is that the H mold that joins the two pieces of plexi together should be aluminum not plastic , that way you could screw thru the frame into the aluminum H mold and it would hold better…the front and rear trim pieces are aluminum and so should the middle piece trim …but it worked …I installed mine into wood so I did not have to use the anchors that they send that’s for brick or concrete.. I used wood screws …

It's easier with two people but I was alone
I did not like the design of the bracing to hold up the awning. To drill the holes had to get a drill into the holes for the bolts to connect to the wall. I had to drill a hole above the bracket or in the bracket above the hole that was made for the bracket. It is a poor design for the bolts to attached to a wall, very hard to mark where to drill. Very hard to get a tool in to secure the bolts. The bolt holes should be above and below the bracket for ease of assembly. Also trying to get the assembled awning up, it kept coming apart. I had to tape the sides and the centers so they would not slip apart, very frustrating trying to hold it up and bolt at the same time, poor design!.

Awning does the job
We have been trying to find a solution for our front door to shade from the sun. This awning works awesome. Be sure to have a helper to put together and hang.

Lacks quality
It was flimsy, all plastic, difficult to assemble and didn't want to stay assembled during the installation process. I took a couple hours to install it and by the time I was finished, I wish I spent more on a metal and glass awning.

Plastic and not Sturdy
Contractor denied installation due to the quality of the awning. I'm now stuck with a brand new, poor quality, unusable item that I can't return. I'm disappointed in seller & Amazon not allowing a senior citizen to return item. Signed, Unvalued & disappointed elderly customer. If you can help me out please contact via response.
