I'm starting to prefer gummies a lot. You get three natural supplements without having to take 3 different capsules. I was worried that I would just taste black pepper but nope has a nice sweet taste. You get a good amount for the price and I'm gonna keep getting these.

I love these, the orange flavor is strong and lovely. I have been taking my turmeric as a supplement for years and I can tell when I've been off if it. The relief I get from turmeric is amazing. It relieves joint inflammation and pain. These gummies are great, and easy to take.

How can anyone honestly review an over the counter supplement? The effects, good or bad, happen slowly over a long enough period of time that it's usually very difficult to notice them. I'm going off what "they" say and what I've read about turmeric. Like Granny on the Beverly Hillbillies used to say, I can tell when the weather's going to change by the way my bones feel. Supposedly Turmeric / Curcumin will help that, it's a natural painkiller, helps with digestion, improves liver function, improves mood, and more.All of those things are appealing so I'm giving it a try for a few months. The gummies themselves taste fine. The recommended dose of two gummies at a time has 12 calories, 3 grams of Carbohydrates, 2 grams of sugar, and 5 milligrams of sodium.I've been taking them now for two weeks and I don't know? I think maybe my mood is a little better. My wife might argue that though. I definitely can't say I feel better or worse physically but it's only been two weeks. When I get close to the end of this bottle I'll order at least one more bottle, probably two. If after two or three months I can't tell any difference I'll quit.As ridiculous as it sounds I'm rating these gummies on how they taste and that they will come out of the bottle easily. I've found that most gummy supplements come in a small mouth bottle and stick together. As if the manufacturer has never tried to get one out.

I like the flavor of these. They chew nicely and taste like a mildly spicy orange candy. The instructions say a serving is 2 gummies and there are 40 servings in the bottle if you take it according to the instructions. Aside from turmeric root extract, these also contain ginger, black pepper extract, and a scant amount of vitamin C and sodium. It is my understanding that black pepper is supposed to enhance the bioavailability of turmeric which is probably why it is in there.My intention for a turmeric supplement was going to be to take at least 1000 mg a day. However, with the addition of black pepper, I am going to only take the recommended bottle dose.Strangely this company doesn't post any of the nutritional information for this product. There is nothing to hide, so I think it may have just been forgotten. I included an image of the back of the bottle which is definitely needed, I think, when deciding on a supplement. There are only 3g of carbs in a serving which is 2 gummies. So that is pretty good too. It's a lot easier to take supplements when they taste like candy. LOL

I love these turmeric gummies with ginger and black pepper as, not only do they work very well, they taste excellent. I have ordered other chewable gummies in different flavors, and this flavor combo is one of my favorite. Let's face it, if they don't taste good, we won't consume them, and then we suffer the consequences. The size of each gummy is on the small size, which makes it nice as it's not too overwhelming. What I really appreciate are the results. I don't ache as much, and I see a positive difference.

I'm happy with these gummies so far. They taste good and are a good texture. They aren't too stiff or too sticky. This is an easy way to consume more tumeric.

While these do have an orange-y taste, they have an underlying flavor of something mediciney.Its not enough to dissuade you from taking them...just be aware that they aftertaste sticks with you for a bit.High ingredients and decent construction methods make you feel better about taking the gummies -and the texture isnt too soft or so hard you have to hurt your teeth on them.Highly recommended.
