Working great for mom!
My mom had three strokes last year and now spends quite a bit of time in her wheelchair. These cushions have made it much more comfortable.She also purchased padded armrest covers for her wheelchair, which help a lot – she was getting bruises on her lower arms/elbows before getting those. (They easily attach with velcro.)Durability seems good and we’ve used Lysol wipes on the surface with no issue. Haven't had to remove covers to wash yet, so can’t comment on that b

Relieve pain
This cushion helps relieve my tailbone hurting from sitting. The gel padding is great. Do need to bring in from car in winter. The gel gets cold . It stays put in seat . Memory foam ones tried add to pain. This one does great job of relieving pain. It doesn’t add to pain from my back injuries. I have damage to my entire back. It’s a big help.

UNDERSIZED & WAY OVERPRICED
The seat cushion I received is too small for Mom's new Medline Comfortable with an 18" x 16" seat. It's just under 16" wide (by 14.5" deep) so there's a gap between the cushion and wheelchair sides; things fall through to the wheels. I did not get a strap to secure the seat cushion to the wheelchair, and the "nonslip base" is useless; the cushion slides around when Mom transfers. Both cushions are EXTREMELY soft, but the seat is only 2" high at the thickest point, and the front edge squishes down to less than an inch when my 100# mom sits on it. The lumbar does stay in place, but is likewise smaller than described so doesn't compensate for the missing 1.5" of seat cushion depth. Considering the inflated measurements in the description, my expectations for quality and longevity are pretty low.
