This 12" pan is very slick, heats evenly, well made, looks nice, and super easy to clean. I replaced my last non stick because the coating has started to wear which isn't healthy. Not an issue with ceramic.The cooking surface is 9.5", flat, and the sides are 2" high which I find to be just about perfect for being able to flip things being fried, had having a decent volume. The handle is solid, comfortable and shaped well for stability. I already had a lid, so I was glad to no have to pay for a lid I don't need.Used as directed; Heat the pan, wipe on a drop of oil, and it has been totally non stick.This pan is thick and heavy enough to resist warping, but lighter than my cast iron pan.Time will tell, but my first few months of use have been great.Don't know how you can beat it for the price.That's all I can think of to say about it...hope this helps.

I have the ninja neverstick possible pan and love it, so I decided to add this to my collection, and I’m so glad I did. It’s a workhorse; it’s completely nonstick when used properly, it’s very easy to clean and even goes in the dishwasher if you want, and it’s big enough to cook a meal for a hungry family of four. I’ve put it in a 475°F oven without fear, it just doesn’t seem to get scratched even when I am not careful with it, and it heats evenly and fairly quickly. I’m impressed with its utility and think it’s well worth the cost. I know there are plenty of cooking snobs who disparage nonstick pans, but I’m not going to use my cast iron pans to fry eggs for a quick meal. I want something that’s 100% nonstick 100% of the time and that doesn’t require routine maintenance. This pan delivers just that.

Solid build great value. Non-stick is excellent. Very easy to clean. I not a cheap, thin pan. I love it for eggs.

It's clearly a good quality pan, but after a few uses, eggs started sticking to it. It's probably still perfectly fine for other uses, but eggs in particular tend to stick and I just don't think this is non stick enough for that.

Definitely worth the money. I have an induction cook top and previously my food would stick to the pan. But with this pan I don’t have that problem. I can use less oil and it cooks really fast and evenly. Clean up is also a breeze. Effortless cooking!

I love the ceramic finish, I bought the 8in especially to cook my eggs every morning. I love nija products this new ceramic pan is exceptional I may also get the 10 in pan . Scrambled eggs come out so beautiful.

While the handle is metal it is long and stays cool even at high heat. Cleanup is very easy. I cannot evaluate longevity yet as I have only used it six times. I will report on that with further use.

Was hoping that I would finally find a durable non-stick pan, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be so with this model. After using it for about a month - it started warping and the inner surface is not flat anymore, which does significantly affect cooking quality because it's not perfectly "non-stick" and requires some cooking oil to be used for certain dishes. I contacted Ninja's customer support and they said that warping, for any reason (even if the product was not exposed to higher than normal temperatures), is not covered by their warranty.I'll be sticking to cast iron pans from now on.
