* Update after purchasing a 2nd bed queen size Medium - Firm. I felt my first bed a plush full was to soft. I decided to take advantage of the 100 day guarantee. Sent a message to seller they offered a $100 credit, i felt that was fair, as returning the bed (like how do u do that) would be hard. I recieved my refund adjustment of $100 next time bed goes on sale will purchase another bed from same vendor in the Mediun Firm. .***let me be clear we like both beds I just bought the wrong firmness as I had no experience with non-traditional mattress. 1st use a hand truck/dolly to lift and move mattress while in it's box. I placed mine in extra room with no air conditioning a warm room will help expanding the bed, wait at least 24hrs mine took 30hrs to reach full 12 inches 2nd Find the Cutting Tool. This made cutting away the plastic wrap so easy and risk free of damaging mattress. Be ready this thing shoots out of the wrapping quickly as I cut mine as a roll thing sprang out fast. 3rd read the 2 booklets following directions. I noticed after placing my bed on its platform the edge support seemed better than when it was on the floor. I used a Bedsure quilted topper and Zinus cooling 1.5 inch memory foam . Inside pleased with this bed after 5 days that today we ordered the Medium Queen for my husband's room. Mine is the full size plush I like a softer bed. I did purchase the insurance trust me it's worth it. I will update my review in 30 days. I did not notice any strong odors, it appears to me well built, well packaged. I read most of the reviews, watched videos here and on YouTube. The price is very good. Today is May 26,2024 and still thrilled with my purchase I removed memory foam topper leaving only a thin quilted cover my bed is now very comfortable.

This mattress is actually very comfortable it has not strong smells, very easy to set up , it’s worth the money , the quality is better than i was expecting.

Love the mattress nice & comfortable way better then my last mattress but ladies and gentlemen this mattress is extremely heavy once it blows up 😂 They said the heavier the mattress the best they is!

Have to admit, was quite skeptical of buying a mattress online; but am quite pleased with this one. Using it for a guest room, but seems sturdy, yet comfortable; enough to keep guests comfortable when visiting. We went with the reviews and cost to settle on this mattress and would buy again if needed.

Hands down the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. I couldn't wait to write this review! The price was on point, the setup was super easy, and I can feel the mattress literally supporting every square inch of my body. I'd give it 20 stars if I could. Well done. Well done.

the height was great and ver comfortable. very happy we got this for the price it was. we had no issue unpacking it and it was ready within 48hrs. our daughter sleeps great on it!

We are very satisfied so far about a week in. It’s softer than I expected which I am happy about. I have it on a box spring and have noticed the edge is a little soft. The corners are more supported. Over all I’m pleased with this mattress especially for the price.

Arrived very neatly packaged and rolled up in plastic. It came with a cutter so it was easier to open. Kind of hard to unroll alone but that was expected. I opened it 8 hours prior to putting my frame together and let it inflate for a while. I slept on it after 15 hours and it was very comfy. I’m sure it will inflate more over the next few days but overall it was great pretty quickly out of the plastic. There was a slight smell but I expected that too. I’m sure it’ll go away soon enough. Nothing too crazy. I would say it’s medium firmness like it was described. Shape seems to be filled out quickly in the corners as well.
