I have three rats about six weeks old, this works great for them. It's sturdy, has three big doors, an upper level. Lower level is a thick plastic pan with a grate under. 1/2 inch bars. Super easy to put together. Instructions could be improved, a bit hard to follow on a couple steps, but even with that it was easily put together. When it arrived, one door handle was completely stuck. I couldn't move it at all. My 13 year old son worked on it a bit and finally got it to move, we put some silicon spray in and works great for the past week, no issues. I have no idea how to contact the manufacturer though, we were trying until my son suddenly got it. So a couple hiccups, but overall a great cage, I'm pleased.

I found a wounded stray and needed space to keep him in while I figured out what to do with him so he wouldn't freak out in the house. It's been working great for my needs and very sturdy and easy to assemble

Easy to assemble. Gets the job done . The knobs aren’t the sturdiest, but they are fine. Lots of room for guinea to play.

We got our first squirrel into our wildlife rescue and needed a cage for her. This gives her enough room to run around and play. She has unfortunately chewed a corner off of the shelf but the doors are secure. It will hold several squirrels if necessary next baby season.

The door locks dont work. Ordered and then got sent a replacement with the same problem!

The item weighs around 40lb and is packaged in a single-layered box, which is not great. When I received mine, the cage was half open, and there was minor shipping damage.The cage itself is decent and easy to assemble. Fully assembling it with a power tool only took me around 20 minutes. My only complaint about the cage is that the tray accessory is way too shallow for any bedding. My only suggestion if you are still set on getting this cage is to get those cage guards on Amazon.

Perfect cage bought for a couple rats that needed an upgrade. Easy to put together. Side door makes it easier to decorate.

Me gustó la jaula para mis ratitas, creo que tiene un tamaño ideal. Me hubiera gustado que incluyera platito y bebedero pero me gustó, parece que será fácil de limpiar. En cuanto al armado, se agradecería que fuera un poco más claro, pero todo bien. Llego rápido y creo que el costo fue bueno.
