The best value. A great bike.
Truly the best value around. This is a great bike with solid components.SOME HIGHLIGHTS:- Pricing: Right now for me this bike is $100 off with FREE delivery. Many of the other models have $100+ in delivery charge. If you factor in the cost of delivery and the specs, this bike is the best value by far. There's no reason to consider any other bike- Components: They're good solid components for this price point. Are they the best components? Of course not. Are they bad components? Absolutely not.- Installation: most of the critical things came installed. The front wheel need to be installed. And of course the handle bars and the seat. But the great thing is this bike came with all the tools needed to do the installation. No need to worry about having the right tools.- Power: This bike comes locked at 20 MPH from the factory. I did eventually future out how to tweak the settings that allowed me to hit 26 MPH (see more info below).- Support: So unfortunately my bike had an issue with the charger port / charger. I was concerned about it not getting properly resolved but as others have indicated, support is good. So a few emails with support, I was able to get the charger issue resolved. The manual/instructions for this bike is adequate for installation, but does lack some critical info. The following instructions is for the EB5 Plus model. I imagine they are similar for other bikes with a similar display computer. To change or remove the speed limiter setting, do the following:- power on battery- hold the "M" button down for a few seconds to power on the display- simultaneously hold-down the up and down buttons for a few seconds and it will go into the settings menu. If you're doing this for the first time, you will see "P01" (where the "1" is the much smaller 3rd LCD digit due to the way the LCD is designed for normal usage.) Each press of the "M" button will increment you to the next setting such as "P02", "P03", etc.- Keep pressing "M" until you get to "P08". From the factory, the value P08 will be "32" which I believe stands for 32 KPH (or 20 MPH).- Press the up or down buttons to change the value. Set the value to 100 to have no limiter.- Stay away from "P07". Based on some other Internet pages, I think that is the speed measuring magnet setting. If you change that one, the setting will seem to lock up and your calculated MPH will then be all messed up. I know because it happened to me...- HOWEVER, if you do mess up your settings, you can do a factory reset by going to P16, then hold the down button for about 6 seconds and all your settings should return to factory default (which will put your speed limiter setting back at 20 MPH / 32 KPH).- when you're done changing your settings, you can press the up and down buttons again to save and exit the settings menu. Or you can wait a while and it will kick out of the settings menu automatically. You can do web search of "ebike set LCD display parameters" for what others have documented for this ebike display settings. It seems many ebikes share the same settings.

Fun and a great value
I waited several months to write a review for this bike because I was skeptical given the low cost, but in this price range it’s an absolute champ. I weigh 164 lbs and can keep it at 20mph consistently, also operates well on mild uphills. Quick to charge and keeps a good charge, easy to operate and manuever, and has a solid kickstand. The pedal assist feature isn’t all that functional especially compared to higher end e-bikes I’ve ridden but that’s fine, honestly given the cost I’m just glad it has a pedal system in case the battery craps out early. Which it hasn’t yet. You should know that the handlebar is not vertically adjustable, my 5 ft tall godson can ride it but barely. If you’re shorter than that, the seat adjusts down but the handlebar can be unwieldly. If you’re looking for a first entry e-bike and don’t have any broad needs for it, I highly recommend this one.

Surprisingly nice at first, horrible soon after.
The bike was great at first. While my front tire wasn't true out of the box like it should've been, everything else seemed great. The battery life was good, charging time was awesome, it was comfortable to ride and looked amazing. The assembly wasn't difficult either. It was smooth riding and fast, 5/5 for the performance. It was a good size and the quality of materials didn't seem to be lacking in the least bit. Now back to my front tire issue. I've reached out to the support team(after getting the correct email) and received a response within nine hours. They're sending me a replacement front tire assembly and a replacement controller(my controller failed at exactly 40.0 miles on the odometer). Once I've got the parts and confirmed everything is good I'll be back and changing my review from 4 to 5.

Buyer Beware
We purchased the Jasion EB3 Electric Bike as a prize for an employee contest, and unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we set up the bike and the winner took it out for a test ride, but the motor immediately seized up and stopped working. To make matters worse, the frame appears to have a crack in it.We attempted to contact the seller directly to resolve these issues, reaching out twice by phone and once by email. However, we have yet to speak with anyone. Our first phone call left us on hold for over an hour, and the second call dropped out entirely after being on hold for another hour. The lack of communication is frustrating, to say the least. When we tried to initiate a return through Amazon, the instructions sent by the company stated that we would be refunded based on their inspection, and the refund of the purchase price ($200) would be minus a $110 return shipping fee to return the bike. I would get a $90 refund for something I paid $300 for. It's one thing to pay for shipping once, which we paid that amount on top of the purchase price of the bike, but expecting to pay it again for an item that was defective out of the box is completely unreasonable. That would be over $200 spent for a worthless item to be returned. If I do nothing I'm out $300 alone, if I return it I will only receive a $90 refund. We are more than willing to work with the seller to find a reasonable resolution, but it seems that customer service is not their strong suit. Until this issue is resolved, we cannot recommend the Jasion EB3 Electric Bike or the company's customer service AT ALL! We are extremely disappointed in their lack of responsiveness regarding the broken bike we received from them.Review update 10/03/2024: seller has responded and sent a replacement bike without return of the defected one. The new bike is working great, super fun and we’ve had no issues. We greatly appreciate the response and final resolution from the company. If my review was based solely on the second bike, it would increased to 4 stars.

Nice bike!
I bought 2 of these bikes about 2 months ago. So far so good. Went on a few long bike rides and really enjoyed the bike. The battery seems to hold a good charge as well. Assembly was easy also. Nice bike especially for the price!
