Recently installed and works well
We just recently installed the toilet and so far so good everything was included in the box…. My husband is 5’7” tall and since he likes to put his feet flat on the floor when using, he can’t do that because of the height. I’m 5’6” tall and I have no issues and I think it was a good purchase for the future as we get older.

Not Happy
I'm disabled. Hired a plumber to install this. It has a small hairline crack, & is leaking.Your feet will dangle from it, & won't touch the floor, which is painful.

The height is just right I love the fact that it takes less water to flush

The seat leaves much to be desired.
The seat is pretty sad . I tightened it as tight as I could safely and it moves from side to side when you shift yourself to do your cleanup . Another thing that you should do is apply RTV to the bowl to tank washers . I tightened them as tight as felt I could without risking breaking the porcelain and I still had a slight leak . I emptied the tank and removed the bolts and applied a dab of automotive RTV and that solved the issue . The flush is barely adequate for a normal #2 deposit and if you have a larger than normal drop plan on 2 flush’s . The flush handle is plastic and I’m not sure how long it will last but so far so good . The height is nice and it seems like the porcelain is of good quality . Overall I give it 3 stars and I was considering a 2 star . Hope this helps .

Great Toilet
This toilet is very well designed, easy to install, offers a generous height level making it comfortable as well. This toilet comes with everything you need to install and assemble right out of the box and be able to use it in no time at all. I absolutely love the overall high quality, money-saving design and functionality that this toilet offers.

Sturdy and perfect height
Standing at 19 inches, it's the perfect height making it much easier to sit down and stand up. The two-piece design is sleek and modern, fitting well in my bathroom. I also appreciate the round bowl, which saves space without compromising comfort. The installation was very simple and quick. This is a sturdy toilet to update any bathroom.
