Great concept, terrible execution. You receive an empty bottle plus 10 packets of bleach powder. The directions only tell you to add water, but not how much. The bottle is not marked with a water line or anything. The directions should be more clear. I added the powder to the bottle and topped it off with 400 ml of water since thats the only numbered measurement I could find, which pretty much filled the bottle. While shaking it up, the product kept dripping and leaking from the cap. No matter how many times I removed it and retightened it, it still leaked. It also leaked after the 20 minutes, when you are supposed to shake before use. It is a clear gel - not blue as pictured online - it’s not super thick but does cling to the bowl well enough. Overall it does a good job at cleaning and removing stains however the leaking is a big issue for me. This is a caustic cleaning chemical that I do not want leaking anywhere at any point and yet every step of the way, there was leakage due to the awful screw top lid. I would recommend the concept but not this product as long as they continue to send out this terrible leaking bottle to use with it and the unclear directions for use.

Instruction were pretty easy, pour 1 pack in and then add water. i added water till foam started coming from top of bottle. When i opened the packet you can smell the bleach smell. I used on my toilet and on a shower bench, I have hard water so i get this yellow tint and i squirted this on and it quickly removed the yellow that i was sure would never go away. The problem is the cap, the red portion is flimsy, it does seal right so u get a tiny bit of leakage but the spout is biggest issue, this spout will quickly squirt out the full bottle. the opening on spout is too big. I know using water makes you feel like ok you didn't lose much, but having to use a full bottle of cleaner on 2 things that quickly is not so good. This is a good product but use your own bottle.

I was very disappointed how the bottle cap did not close properly and leaked all over when I tried to use it. I ended up cleaning more than I should because of the poorly designed bottle. The cleaning product itself did a good job but not dramatically better than other toilet bowl cleaners I’ve used in the past. I do like the fact that they ship powder that you mix at home, it saves on the weight and shipping of the product and makes it more sustainable overall. I just wish the dispenser was better, I probably won’t be buying this again for that reason.

This is easy to do. Just empty the package into Bottle give it a good shake. Just make sure you let the air out of bottle after your done mixing the mixer with the water. Make sure you tighten the top very tight before shaking. If not you will have some leak out. Just shake over top of the sink just in case.‘I had no problems with mixing or shaking the mixture together.This does save money and save a lot of space within your cleaning supply’s . Also reduces the use of plastic bottles. Cleans well with fresh clean smell .

This cleaner is not a ready-to-use liquid, I had to mix it according to the instructions. I was a bit concerned it might be a messy affair, but following the guide made it quite straightforward. The results were pretty good; the toilet looked much cleaner. A pre-mixed liquid might have been more convenient,

The order comes with an empty bottle and 10 packs of individually wrapped powdered bleach in another bag. Prior to using, just cut open one packet, pour into the empty bottle, add water, cover and shake the bottle for about 20 seconds. The instruction says to open the lid after shaking to let go of some gas that formed during shaking. I was a little nervous about that part and I would suggest to do it outside in case the gas is harmful. The product is lightweight, portable and definitely easier to store than liquid bleach.

Not the best but not the worst. Did clean my toilet but I still have that dark ring around where the water sits. A lot of work for something that didn’t blow me away.

I received an empty plastic bottle and 10 packs of bleach granules. I mixed one packet in bottle according to the instructions. It thickens after a few minutes but is thinner than popular brands of toilet cleaners. The lid doesn't fit very well and it leaked while shaking to mix as well as while squirting in toilet.
