I was surprised to find these at the price offered and was a bit skeptical of what the quality would be. The quality is excellent. They are sturdy and the liner is of good quality. It took my husband and me about 20 minutes to put together and install. Impressed with all of the installment choices included and extra bolts. We used the brackets. My husband bent the bottom of each bracket so that they would adhere better to our railing. They are secured, filled with potting soil and flowers. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Loved using a natural material for the base. Lots of mounting options for any way you need it to hang. Even included some tools to screw the mounts together. Very nice. Bought 4 for my mom mounted them for Mother’s Day. She loves them

The directions are ridiculous as usual. They should have three columns with directions – one for a railing – one for the wall and one for a shelf but no, they're all mixed up. I put mine on a railing and finally figured out I simply needed to put two hooks in each one and hang it over the metal railing. I think they're good quality, they came with parts and for every option, and the coconut liners seem to be good. I would recommend these and I would buy them again.
