I was happy to find the supplement here on Amazon. I've been wanting to try this after reading about the benefits for hair and nails. My hair is quite thin and I wanted to strengthen it a bit. Although it hasn't been long enough to confirm how it's performed on my hair. I can't confirm that the ingredients look appropriate and in the expected amount for this type of supplement. One note is that the capsules are quite large however, as they are capsules, they are easy to take. One hint for taking capsules like these that would float and water to always tilt your head forward not back when taking these capsules. I learned this on social media and can confirm this makes capsules that float much easier to take if you lean forward. If you lean back, they tend to float up and it makes it much more difficult to swallow. For pills or tablets that are heavier than water or solid, then you should lean back of course and they will go down easier. Having said that, I can also confirm that these are quite good value compared to high Street type shops. Recommended!

My hair feels thick and shiny after a few weeks of taking this. I could be imagining things but I am impressed. It's not helped the nails yet but that could be time needed as well as a run of bad luck where i keep breaking or catching a nail.Definitely worth a try.

I like these capsules. They are fairly big but easy to swallow and I'm not good at taking tablets! They don't smell of anything so nothing off putting about them. I think they are good value for money and having been takin them for a little while I think I can see a difference. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Started using this product for nearly a month, although I haven't seen any difference in my hair, in all fairness, I think usage needs to be longer in order to notice any change, hence the 3 stars! Some of the other ingredients include Zinc, Biotin, Avocado, Rosemary, MSM, L-Taurine, Copper, Lavender, Ginger, see attached photo for the rest of the ingredients.

My wife has been taking these Miracle hair biotin hair supplements daily as she was experiencing some hair and it was worrying her. All of the ingredients are reputed to produce healthy looking hair and nails. She has been noticing the past few days when she combs her hair there are less hairs coming out so she is very pleased and will continue to use them.

These biotin capsules are rather large, almost 1 inch long and around 5/8 inch wide, but are easy enough to swallow being a capsule rather than a tablet. They are tasteless and odourless. They arrived in a resealable plastic bag which is sturdy. I take Biotin for my hair and nails, as both are very weak.
