Great price good lifting capacity works well
So far so good this Jack Works fantastically. Just make sure your battery is charged well or you have a good capacity battery these things do drain batteries very easily. The buttons are extremely sturdy and seem to be weather resistant the motor had no trouble lifting the trailer, the installation was easy and the fitment is fantastic looks like a good heavy duty design in the parts where it counts and the footpad seems to be very good as well the welding quality looks to be professional obviously probably done by a robot. I would highly recommend for the price.

Works good on very heavy trailer
Used on a trailer with a gen set up front, it easily lifts it. Used to barely be able to crank it up off of the ball by hand

WRONG SIZE JACK WANTED 7500LB RECEIVED 5000LB
THIS COMPANY SENT THE WRONG TRAILER JACK. I WANTED THE 7500 LB THAT I PAID 229.00 $ FOR BUT THEY SENT THE 5000LB THAT IS 159.00. I CAN NOT GET A GOOD ANSWER FROM THEM. THE KYX Electric Trailer Jack to 7500LB, Power Tongue Jack,9.84"-33.85" IS REALLY NICE BUT IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE. IT'S TO BAD THAT I CAN'T GET ANY SATISFACTION FROM KYX, THEY JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. IF I COULD GET THE 7500LB I WOULD REORDER BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO THRU THIS AGAIN. THIS MIGHT BE THE RIGHT ONE BUT THERE ARE NO MARKING ON THE JACK AND THE ONLY WAY I KNEW WHAT IT WAS IS THE OWNERS MANUAL THAT SAY ITS 5000LBS... (SO SAD) MR. DOUGLAS

Little slower but dies the job ok
Not bad gets job done . Little slower the original one. Just make sure it adjust to your camper tug to raise camper.
