Great solid carport. We (just the 2 of us) were capable of putting it together in 2.5 days. The only thing we were disappointed in was the tape to adhere the tin sheets together ( extremely hard to use). Other than that though I would give it 5 stars.

The MUPATER Outdoor Carport is JUNK!!!!! It is marketed as a heavy-duty carport to protect vehicles. Their product description claims, “Heavy-Duty Construction: Built to last with alloy steel frame and metal roof, supporting up to 35 PSF of snow and 100 MPH winds.” We live in New Hampshire and purchased this product on good faith that it would actually protect our vehicles from the New Hampshire elements as advertised. In reality, the carport not only did NOT protect our vehicles, it completely collapsed during a snowstorm and significantly damaged our van.Mupater will not refund our money or pay for the damage to our van. It’s hard to believe, with all the other complaints that are being made, that they are still in business. It is unclear why Amazon is still allowing them to sell more of these garbage products.Now we are stuck with the scrap metal and a damaged van with no recompense! Do not be fooled. Do not buy this MUPATER Outdoor Carport. You will surely regret it.

Awesome Quality great deal

Not only is this product sub-standard the company is horrible to deal with! DO NOT BUY! Mine collapsed with only 3-4 inches of snow, I use it at my dog daycare business so I’m extremely grate on staff or dogs were under it at the time of collapse. Unfortunately the company said collapsing with only a few inches of snow was not covered for a replacement or refund? I’m now going the legal route and my attorney will be contacting them and I will make sure all efforts are exhausted as anyone who purchased this would be in danger. Amazon, do NOT carry or supply this manufacturer.

The instructions are not as good as they need to be. No holes in the roof arch frames so when you start putting on the panels you don’t know if it’s straight or not. Placing the first roof panel will tell you if all other panels are going to fit properly and without these holes you don’t know until you finish. You might end up having to redo the whole roof. I suggest placing the roof panels on the arch before putting the frame together and drill your holes that way you can make sure the panel is straight and they will line up once you on a ladder and screwing them in. I had to climb to the top of my ladder to get over the top of the arch so I could apply pressure to my drill to screw into the frame. I’m doing this by myself so it’s scary that high up with no support. As far as people saying it’s easy and only takes 2 people, they must be professional cause I’m an amateur and sometimes it’s takes 3 people cause not everything fits properly and/or is heavy. Just be safe and make sure you have plenty of help standing by and take your time. Lay it out if you can before putting it all together, you will save you some headaches in the long run.

Easy to put together instructions were good.Few of the rails and panel’s were damaged.

I liked this item when I saw the middle braces across underneath the frame. I installed this a couple of weeks ago and we just had hurricane Beryl come thru and we got the brunt here in Pasadena, Tx because we were on the dirty side of the storm. It stood just fine, no problems at all. I would recommend this item. Just do as the instructions say and anchor it good. I put mine as close to my garage as I could and used a couple of L braces screwed to the frame and the garage. Solid, no wiggle.

I took my time and made sure every panel was sealed in between with the supplied putty sealant. Roof leaks considerably. The screws that came with it have plastic seals instead of rubber and the pre stamped holes in the sheeting are oblong shaped and larger than the head of the screws. Assembly is not difficult. It just needs a better water repelling design. I am going to buy full sheets of metal and recover.
