This necklace came EXACTLY how I requested it!! I'm so happy because it's beautiful sleek and best of all, sentimental! It came with copies of my selected pictures too, so if the ones they put in gets worn over time, you can just slip one of the copies in and it's as good as new! The clasp is strong and closes correctly! It's size is on the bigger side but you can see the intricate details better because of that! Its weight feels like it's a good sturdy material! Overall, I would recommend this product!!

Not only do they put the photos in the locket for you, theres a layer of clear epoxy over them so they won't get ruined. They also send backups of the photos in the correct size in case you need to replace them. The locket is beautiful, worth the price, and worth the shipping time. I am very happy with it.

I got 2 for me and my best friend. I love the fact that came with extra photos, what I didn't love was the fact it wasn't engraved. It is etched into the locket, and it isn't budging. Overall I recommend because, it came with extra photos and it's good quality for the price.

It's cheap I got it as a gag gift but it came in fast and it was accurate very happy it's not great jewelry but again bought as gag so love it

I would give more than five stars if I could. I ordered this necklace and it came with a spelling error and after emailing back and forth a couple times we realized that it was my fault. And even though it was my fault they replaced it free of charge. I was just going to reorder and pay for a new one but they said no that they would fix it. Both times it came in way earlier than expected. And their customer service is just awesome they were very quick with responses they were very pleasant I have never had more pleasant experience dealing with a company on an issue like this. I 100% recommend this company and this necklace. They send you a cloth to clean it with and a couple extra copies of the picture you chose to go inside in case they need to be replaced for any reason. The complimentary gift box is cute and the product just is very well designed and very beautiful. I do not think anyone would be disappointed in purchasing this product.
