Highly Concentrated Omega 3 Fatty Acids and IFOS Certified
I purchased Viva Naturals Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil because it is highly concentrated with 750 MG of EPA per capsule and because it is IFOS certified assuring it's quality. The fish oil comes from anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. I take fish oil daily as a preventative for heart and brain health, to reduce inflammation in my joints, and to moisturize/lubricate my skin. I've notice when I don't take fish oil on a daily basis my skin becomes very dry and flakes off particularly on my legs. I take two capsules per day. I also take two capsules per day of Sports Research Omega 3 Triple Strength fish oil for similar reasons (i.e. IFOS rated, highly concentrated EPA at 690 MG per capsule) which is sourced from wild Alaskan Pollack. I therefore take 4 capsules per day in two varieties to give me a broad spectrum of preventative protection. I take fish oil with my multivitamin supplement to aid in the absorption of the supplement's oil soluble vitamins.

Great product for 3x strength and reasonably priced

A true before and after

It's fish oil
It's probably good quality, but I can't tell any difference. Maybe when I run out I'll notice a difference. Either way, I gotta get coq10 from somewhere, I don't like fish. I don't burp up a fishy taste or smell, so that's a plus. You can't trust the stuff Walmart sells, because it's hard telling what all is added that's not healthy.

Everyday - truly a quality supplement
Buy this now! I have been using these fish oil pills for years and it makes a huge difference. No fish oil burps and I take mine without food. It’s a quality supplement while still being a great value! When I briefly stopped taking these for a few months, my lab work wasn’t as good as it normally is. My doctor now recommends this to her other patients.

Good for the eyes
After taking it for 2 weeks, I can clearly feel that my eyes are no longer dry. My mother gets stomach upset when taking other fish oils. This fish oil made her feel very good without any discomfort. I have bought it many times, and now my whole family is taking it
