I purchased these for an international trip. My luggage has latches instead of zippers and I was concerned the suitcases would come open during transit. I used two of these straps on a piece of large luggage traveling through three airports recently. They were strong and provided security through some rough handling of my luggage in which three of the four wheels were damaged and one was completely broken off, leaving a hole in the bottom of the suitcase. I would definitely recommend these as many luggage zippers are not strong enough to secure your belongings. The bold color also made the luggage easy to spot.
