I thought the purse was gorgeous and wanted to keep it but it only has one handle. So if the clasp breaks like other reviewers have experienced, you will not be able to close the bag. It would have been doable with 2 handles on the purse

Appears exactly as described. Our postal carrier shoved it in the mailbox which distorted the shape. Seemed to return after a few days though. Quality not really tested yet.My wife likes it .

I only brought this bag to match an outfit I wasn’t totally fond of it but I soon fell in love with it after purchasing this bag one can fit so much in this bag very comfortably. However there is a down side to this bag. The SMELL! Uah! It was horrid! It smell of a fishy type odor and I mean it was was horrible!!! But because the bag match my outfit so and it was getting close to my event I use everything in my power to wipe out the odor from my outside porch, to backing soda, coffee grounds packed in coffee filters tied with a rubber band to keep the coffee from spilling out of it and I used dryer sheets to knock out the odor, and within a week that horrifyingly smell was resolved. I can say honestly that this bag, it is a nice fit. You have the option of using it with or without the straps.

Well this is for the pink handbag and not for shoes. I give this seller and their handbags five stars and I would give them more if I could. I love the exceptional packaging, as it is triple wrapped to prevent any damage. They also include a beautiful light pink bag that The handbag comes in. The handbag is quite beautiful and big enough to hold all your items with lots of pockets inside. Very high quality and I highly recommend. I intend to purchase the green one and the black one and probably more very soon. besides the exceptional quality of the handbag the customer service is also quite excellent. If you're concerned about the tracking or any delays they get right back to you and they inform you where the handbag is and how long it should take to get to you. They respond right away to any concerns you may have. some of the best customer service I've seen on Amazon and believe me I purchase A LOT of stuff on Amazon and the customer service is quite frankly some of the best I've ever seen.
