Our tub would not heat. It took months to get resolved. Error msg after error msg. Service dept argued with us. Thinks we just want a refund and implied we used the tub over the summer and got free use of it. Process of elimination did finally convince there people that indeed the customer is right. They sent new motor and everything ok for now. I don’t recommend this tub.Water line doesn’t go above shoulders. Plastic shell, liner that sits on pavement. This is not a 6 person hot tub, It’s 4. the spa cover is a blow up piece. Not a real spa. Spend 2k more and get a real hot tub.

Did not hold the heat outside like expected!I even built an insulation box around it. When you use the jets you can't use the heat. And you lose it fast! Maybe good on cool fall nights. But definitely not in the winter! I was bummed.

I purchased this item for a house I flipped.Not wanting to put something permanent nor bulky this was the perfect solution.They will be able to take apart and move easily if need be.The led screen its a nice feature along with the led lighting.Looks really cool at night and during the day!

Missing jet control box

Bought this in JUNE, after about 2 months the bladder for the lid would not hold air, they did send me a new bladder. After 3 months the pump went bad, they will send you parts but you have to empty the tub and take the whole pump unit apart to fix it, if you are not mechanically inclined this will be a problem. Now another month later the new Bladder that they sent me is not holding air. If I would have known I would have these problems i would have saved a little more money and bought a real hot tub. Now I'm out just about 3 grand and this thing is terrible.

I've had this set-up for about a month now and wanted to provide my honest feedback. Overall, we love this hot tub so far! Here's my list of pro's and con's of the MSpa Osla..PROS:- Excellent value for the money compared to a traditional hot tub that is easily twice as expensive- Super easy to put together (assembles in around 1-2 hours)- Looks just like traditional high-end hot tub and not some cheap inflatable- Easy to drain and move should you ever need to (portability is a huge plus for us!).- Includes everything you need (cover, pump/heater, built-in LED lights, filters, chlorine dispenser, etc)- Super roomy and comfortable (I'd say 4 adults fit comfortably... 6 would be tight!)- Jets are powerful and adds a nice white noise ambience- Energy efficient + plugs into standard 110/120v grounded home outlet. Highly recommend the thermal cover for it!- The free MSpa Link app to control the hot tub is really intuitive and nice to have!CONS:- Some may dislike the seating position since there are no upright seats built into it. My wife and I actually prefer the stretched out position of this hot tub compared to a traditional one, however. The padding in the base and at the headrest is comfortable.- The bubble feature is fairly loud. We never use it as a result.- The inflatable bladder inside the included cover is flimsy. I'd prefer just a hard cover, and we may eventually buy one that has a lifter.- The heater is slow to heat (about 2 degress F per hour) during the cold months to factor this in when you're setting it up.- I wish the app had a feature that would auto calculate the time it takes to heat the hot tub based on when you want to use it. Instead, you have to do this math yourself to ensure the hot tub turns on and is heated by the time you want to get in.

This Hot Tub was a surprise gift and quick choice for Christmas after Home Depot messed up an order for a different model. At first the set up, look and running of the hot tub was just what we wanted. In the beginning of Feb. after running the jets, it stopped working showing an F1 error code. My husband was able to fix it by taking the whole thing apart. A month later it stopped working after activating the jets again. It worked fine with just the bubbles. My husband believes the pump is faulty and isn't capable. We have contacted MSpa several times with no response. Now our hotub doesn't run at all.
