This is for my son's birthday it arrived rather quick nicely packaged so it could be wrapped. Instructions were quite simple if you watch the video. Did take longer to put together than expected. The bike has a matte look which is sharp The basket is made well. It does state rear passenger seat but I don't think it is I think it's a luggage rack for backpack or bag to be tied down too no foot pegs for 2nd person to rest feet on. The lock that is included is nice and overall soon as you start to pedal the motor kicks on. It's fun to ride and easy.

Excellent bike. Just needs a manual
Good news is it was easy to put together and all the tools were included.Initially I thought the battery was on arrival. I had to contact support to find out you cannot use the battery while it's plugged in. Also there is a second power switch by the right thumb on the handlebar.

Received early by one day. Rides well. I didn't notice when purchased, and a little disappointed that it does not have an odometer. So unable to see speed or keep track of riding miles, especially since matters with battery life. It took a minute to figure out the pas speed goes in sequence with the gear speed. Having a little trouble finding that Comfort speed.Definitely happy with the step thru, because the e bike is much heavier than the bike I've been riding for years.As a mechanically inclined 65yr old women I was able to assemble it myself, basic tools were supplied. Seat stem bracket came attached slightly crooked, causing seat not to tighten properly.So far happy with my purchase, have only ridden once so far.Hope battery holds up.

What to know about this bike
Extremely disappointed in less than 5 months the battery stop working completely. To replace the battery cost the $500. The customer services does not respond to your request even though you comply with their emails. You should not have to fight for the warranty you paid for. Long story short DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

This is the best bike ever, runs great ,easy to put together. It helps with pedaling up hills, can't wait for spring to come.

Electric bike
I ordered this last year. And it's working fine. And then today I go to plug it in and it's not charging. Not sure if it's the battery or the charger. Do I need to get a new battery? I don't know

Charge last a long time. Easy to use
Got these for me and my husband, was easy to assemble and very easy to learn how to operate. Enjoy taking them on trails and on the beach.
