Efomao Desk Office Chair 400LBS, Big and Tall Office Chair, PU Leather Computer Chair, Executive Office Chair with Leg Rest and Lumbar Support, Beige Office Chair

I had debated on buying this chair for TWO YEARS. 2 years researching chairs, and nothing sounded better than this one without spending thousands of dollars.My partner and I are both large people. My previous chair, I had to use 3 memory foam pillows just to not feel like my insides were going to fall out from sitting it for 2 minutes.This chair, I don't even need any added cushions.The moment I built this chair and sat in it, I immediately ordered my partner the color that would match his desk set up lol.The seat is very spacious, adjustable arm rests feel very sturdy, and the backrest is SO TALL. Truly was not expecting this chair to make me feel so tiny at my size lol.The only thing I wish were better is the foot rest. It is alright, but from reading all the reviews on foot rests similar to this one on many chairs and how easily this design breaks, I'm always so worried about getting too comfortable and putting too much pressure on it while relaxing.Ultimately, if you're worried about dropping this much money on a chair, I think THIS chair (the one with the adjustable armrests, don't have the other chair so cannot attest to the quality of that one,)this chair is ABSOLUTELY worth the risky price, whether you're on the larger side like me or not.I highly recommend putting a barrier between you and the chair though (I use a sheet) just to reduce the wear and tear from months-years of sitting on this type of material. Due to doing that with my previous chair, none of the fake leather on mine was worn out, meanwhile my partner never used a barrier or extra cushion, so his chair was completely peeled up before I built this new one for him. He saw the condition of my previous chair compared to his and is now using a sheet over this new chair to keep it nice too because he loves this chair just as much as I do lol.

This chair is everything I was looking for! It’s cozy, roomy and sturdy, but it’s also cute and the faux leather will be easy to keep clean. I’ve been through a handful of office chairs and I always sit with my legs in the chair and it has plenty of space for that! The built-in footrest is also very sturdy, much sturdier than the other chairs I’ve seen with built-in footrests.When I purchased it, I read the reviews first, and saw that some customers asked for a shorter cylinder and better wheels. So, I immediately reached out to Efomao after ordering it and asked for both since I knew I wanted it to be able to slide under my desk, and Efomao replied immediately and sent both to me free of charge!Overall, there’s no cons in my opinion. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing desk chair! My previous setup was contributing to some back issues so I decided it was time to upgrade. This chair is spacious and so comfortable. Both my dogs want to lay on my lap while working and because the seat is wide and arms and big and padded it works out perfectly for both of them to fit. The foot rest that comes out is a life saver and since I’m short it gives me the perfect place to put my legs so that I can keep a good posture while I work. My back issues are so much better after just two weeks using this chair. I had read in previous reviews about messaging the seller to ask for a shorter cylinder which I did and they responded so fast and sent me the shorter one. However I had already used the chair for a couple of days and found that the taller cylinder worked just fine for my needs. But the seller is amazing at communicating and help which makes me feel more confident investing in their products.

******* UPDATE *********Changing this from a 1 start to a 4 star.The seller reached out to me since I was unable to get a hold of them. They mentioned the website I went to was fraudulent as they do not have a website.In addition, they provided me replacement parts for my chair mechanism and cylinder. Unfortunately I was unable to separate the cylinder from my wheelbase and notified the seller. They then provided me with a new wheelbase which included new rubber wheels. It appears that my replacement parts are "upgraded" versions of what my old chair has. My new mechanism now allows me to set my recliner at any angle, rather than just the 3 preset positions like before.It was a pleasure dealing with them because they had prompt responses and did everything they could to keep me happy. 5 stars for customer service, 3 stars for the chair itself. I personally do not find it the most comfortable.******** Previous Review ***********Chair is okay.... my wife bought one and loves it so I tried it and find it meh. I bought mine 2-3 months after hers but it has broken with about 9 months of use? I'm a 150 lb man. The chair has 3 stages of reclining. The third stage is the most reclined and no longer stays locked for me. In addition, the chair does not swivel/pivot as freely as it used to.The listing says we get 1 year of customer service so I tried reaching out to see if they would give me a replacement mechanism. Of course I didn't save the packing slip or box it was delivered in, so I went to the company website to find contact info. The site provided an email and phone. Both of which are not valid contacts. Seems like a shady ass company because of this and is why I give this a 1 star.
